About Me: I absolutely love being on Gaia (although they've kinda sold out) and when I'm not here I'm outside playing tennis, soccer or ultimate frizbee. I also live for drama and musical theatre, or anything theatrical like seeing plays or movies ^-^
I'd have to say that my favourite Star Trek was the original and my favourite character is Bones <3

I can be spastic sometimes, so please bear with me ^^ Oh, I've gotten more reclusive people than you to open up. Be warned. And I've probably dealt with more spastic and annoying people too. So don't worry about a damn thing. Miss Mangie About Me: I absolutely love being on Gaia (although they've kinda sold out) and when I'm not here I'm outside playing tennis, soccer or ultimate frizbee. I also live for drama and musical theatre, or anything theatrical like seeing plays or movies ^-^
I'd have to say that my favourite Star Trek was the original and my favourite character is Bones <3 Ah, Soccer, the one sport I actually played years ago when i was still a fat kid..... Do you follow MLS soccer or the world cup, or just play?

About Me: Hmm.. About me. I'm not really that interesting, but this forum looks great as i'm suddenly not the only person on gaia that i know that's over twenty one, AND are trekkies... ! I'm in heeeeavan! *___* I'm a big old-skool otaku, a HP nut, a new fan to that series "House", and I've watched star trek in this order: The original series (I love spock and mccoy! Ohh, their arguments are what i live for! x3 ), Star Trek Enterprise, and then only to.. the forth season, was it, of Next Generation? I grew up without television (and i still don't have it!), so most people in my age group are more familiar with Next Gen then i am. I haven't seen Voyager or any of the other series either, sadly. sad
Oh no... I -really- don't think i posted this right...! ^^; I'm new to forums and general and... *hides under a rock*

My first series was Voyager-- Janeway is sort of a hero of mine. Since then I've seen some of every other Star Trek, and I love them all. Except Enterprise. I can live without that one. I'm fairly new on Gaia (by which I mean I used this account for about a week four years ago before quitting), and pretty shy. I'm hoping I can meet people here. I'm 18, and in about a week I'm starting my freshman year at UNCWilmington. For my marine biology degree. biggrin Nice to meet y'all!

I can't go one week without watching a documentary on ocean life, or a bad movie about killer sharks, whales, or various other sea creatures. You indeed seem very interesting. Ever since I saw "Jaws" actually, I've been interested in sharks. I've got tons of programs taped off Discover Channel and Animal Planet about Sharks, but some about other Ocean life.... Have a few on Orcas, and one about Blue Whales. I love the Ocean. Unfortunately, i also love my big land locked city. So I am conflicted. The stuff fascinates me too, but not enough for me to study it. Not when my dreams have been in place since I was little.

About Me: I live with my mom for the first time in several years; I am in school with a long-term goal of getting my PhD in Literature. I started watching Voyager when I lived with a friend last summer, and liked it, which surprised me. I have never liked science fiction, but caught a Doctor Who fever, which opened my mind. A few months ago I decided to watch the original series, and I fell in love. When I have the money to afford Netflix again, I am going to watch all of the series, which will probably drive everyone I know crazy. And I am quiet excited, because today I began work on a Starfleet uniform for my best friend, and it looks great so far (except for me not paying attention and messing the entire back up, so I have to redo it -- but I was busy being easily distracted, so it is okay).
