The kunai thrown by the assassin impacted Kenny directly above his heart- not thrown with enough force to be lethal but with more than enough to seriously hurt! He would have been worried to the continuation of the fight had a teacher not arrived and ended it then and there. With a visible look of relief, Kenny leaped out of the pit of water and landed upon the lip of the depression, staring at Sumiko. He winced at the pain as he pulled the weapon out "I'm not much of a fighter lady" He tossed the bloody weapon aside, the skittering sound of metal on concrete echoing throughout the room "But I couldn't let others just die in front of me" He looked over to the two other Academy students with him- he had just met them but had already nearly died at their side. Who knows what this meant?

The chains bound him in a moment of seconds. He had no way of escaping. The children's attacks bounced against the chains since none of them would be strong enough to break the tethers. He was defeated. Vortex operatives arrived and strategically took the man so that the chains still bound him. The crisis was averted.
As soon as the enemy was restrained and taken away, Michio breathed a sigh of relief. He took a moment to look down at his wound now that the fighting had ceased, and was just now realizing how far the knife had actually gone into his arm. Likely due to him interrupting the rogue mid-strike, a lot of the forward momentum was carried into his arm versus the rest of the space it would rush forward in the air. A rather sizable gash was his trophy from the battle, a wound that would likely turn into a scar.
Feeling a bit light-headed, the abnormally pale Michio slowly made his way over to Sumiko, fighting a slight sense of nausea. "Good morning sensei. Thank you for coming to assist us." With a light bow, the academy student found it difficult to raise his head. What was going on with him? "I was hoping to have a bit more time to train before we did anything serious, but I guess they didn't have the same idea." He was abnormally chatty given what had just happened to them; was he thinking straight? Again, the thought went through his mind. What was he thinking? What was wrong? He looked around to get his bearings, and that's when he saw it.
The pool was stained a vivid crimson. And not just a small cloud, either. Evidently, the depth of his wound, combined with the thrashing and struggling about under the surface of the water had not only increased his heart rate, but also prevented his blood from clotting over the surface. He had lost quite a bit of blood; a lot more than he had originally thought, and definitely more than was agreeable for an inexperienced shinobi. The gravity of this realization hit him all at once, and the effects seemed to multiply instantaneously. The once standing Michio crumpled to one knee, barely keeping himself from passing out altogether. His vision began to blur; the young man was within his final moments of consciousness, and would need medical attention quickly before the situation became worse.

Masato arrived at the outskirts of the academy training grounds. His mind would shift back to a time that he had spent every day honing his skill in Sunagakure, sure he would become the strongest. He felt he had neared this goal....still. His mother's appearance, Sanda's gift. Both things he now knew of or had possession of would push him to further his training. Not to mention he now had Kurama to rely upon as a partner. " Yo. Kurama, you ready?" The fox laughed inside his head. " Fool. You'd train a new skill before Mastering what you already have?" Masato would listen as Kurama explained that he had several techniques left to cover with the Uchiha. Eager to strengthen himself, Masato would allow Kurama to instruct him, first learning how to create the downfall of chakra. [[Chakura no Furyouka [ Downfall of Chakra ]]
Being in his complete demon cloak, Masato would continue to be taught by Kurama. This next technique would be the Absolute Safety Technique. The fox would instruct Masato to utilize a fuuin seal on himself. Masato would cast the fuuin, binding him up as though tied by rope. Kurama would teach Masato to coat himself in a chakra veil that would allow him to easily slip out of binding techniques of this complexity and lower. Masato would take the technique to heart as he readied himself for the next technique. [Juuzen no Jutsu [ Absolute Safety Technique ]]
"Masato. You must be careful with this next technique." Kurama advised as he instructed Masato to create a shadow clone. After creating the Shadow Clone, Masato would question Kurama. "Because?" Kurama laughed, teaching Masato how to create the pulse of chakra that would allow him to inflict emotions. " If used in haste, Hatred is the primary emotion utilized." Masato would launch the technique, inflicting hatred upon his clone. His clone would turn to violently attack them both. Dismissing the clone just in time, Masato realized the value and danger of this technique. [Nikushimi [ Hatred ]]
The next technique Kurama covered would be extremely useful. In order to expel the fox's chakra, Masato would need to stomp his foot. Upon stomping the foot, a wave of brilliant redish orange chakra would be spewed over a radius around him. This chakra would have special properties that confused his opponents. Those touched by the chakra would be unable to properly fire their techniques towards a target while under the effects of the chakra. This would assist Masato against Ninjutsu and Genjutsu ninja who would not close the gap willingly. [Kitsune Okibi [ Blazing Fox Fire ]]
Next, Masato would hold out his hand. Kurama would instruct him to gather chakra from him. As Masato did, the chakra took on a black color. The black chakra grew and grew until it became basketball sized and hovered before his palm. This was small annihilation. This technique was then condensed into a smaller variation to be aimed. When impacting a nearby tree, the object was completely obliterated. This would be a scaled down version for training, the real one much more deadly. [Chiisai Kaimetsu [ Small Annihilation ]] Next Masato was instructed to picture objects of destruction. While the suggested object was a meteor, it would be possible to create anything of this chakra. Masato would close his eyes and envision the most destructive instrument at his disposal. A fist. Opening his eyes he would manifest four fists of the nine tail's chakra. These four fists would be ablaze and ready to be launched. Masato dispelled the technique. This is because the technique would have easily leveled the academy area. Masato did not want to harm the village any more than the messy Uzukage had. [Ryuuseiu [ Meteor Shower ]]
Next, Masato was told to sit. Upon sitting Anza style Kurama instructed him. " Reach out. With concentration, you can sense the others nearest you and home in on them by their emotions." Sensitivity in general was not a strength of Masato's. He meditated for hours, attempting to sense emotions. When he found himself unable to he became angry at himself. Several hours later, Masato would be able to sense a something. It was fear. He instinctively knew this person's fear. It was Taylor. He knew his friend was struggling with his memory...he would return once his training was complete. [Kanjou Kenshutsu [ Emotion Sensor ]]
Moving on, Masato would learn Chakra Alchemy. Chakra Alchemy would be a technique that removed the chakra from objects in a similar manner to his chakra negation. Instead of refusing the form all together, this method removed the will of the shinobi from it. Wood jutsu would become simple trees, easily broken by Masato. Ice, the same way. Fire would become uncontrolled and exstinguish. Earth, simple dirt and rock. This technique would help break barriers if they stood in his way later. [Chakura Ougonjutsu [ Chakra Alchemy ]]
Kurama chuckled as he realized he had but one technique left to share with Masato. Masato would hold out both of his hands this time. This technique would require pause and Meditation to charge the attack. Black particles of chakra formed in the air around him. Slowly, they gathered and bubbled together to form a large black ball. " This is my absolute annihilation. It will level village's easily. Do not use this withing the area if you want it to stay standing." Masato would slowly diffuse the chakra, realizing that even a training variant of the technique would level his home. After carefully dissolving the jutsu, Masato released a joyful sigh, he had accomplished the nine tail's complete training. [ Absolute Annihilation ]
Having accomplished his demon training, he now felt it was time to move on into his training with his brother's gift. He had seen the red color that his rinnegan took when he left the hospital...It wasn't surprising to anyone with a brain. Masato's Uchiha nature is what most likely shifted it's color. Masato would close his left eye. He wasn't able to easily activate his brother's gift like he was his own Mangekyo. As he reopened his eye, he flooded it with chakra. The chakra infused eye would glow neon red as it came to life. Masato would seem to space out and stand completely still as the Rinnegan was activated. Unwittingly to the rest of the world, Masato had begun to see things that were not there to other men. Masato's vision would be complex. He would see the world engulfed in flames, terrorized by evil forces. A voice spoke to him during this vision. " This is what could be. You and the other's of your kind are about to take part in a battle that will shake the world as you know it." Masato felt knowledge being poured into him as the voice spoke, learning the forces of attraction and repelling. He needed not demonstrate these powers if he could right now. It was as though the one talking was instilling him with knowledge directly from their own. [Bansho Ten'in [Heavenly Attraction of All Creation] + Shinra Tensei [Heavenly Subjugation of the Omnipresent God] ]
The voice continued. " Masato. You and your brothers are going to be at the center of this calamity. You must act accordingly. Do not allow the youngest to become corrupt by the elder of the two." Masato shook his head. " I don't understand. " He said to himself, unaware of any more siblings. The voice grumbled a bit. " Did you really think that that vile woman only birthed two children? Bahaha. Not many have survived, which is why I have come to you..." Again, Masato felt knowledge of forces he had never seen being impared upon him. As the man spoke, Masato gained the knowledge of both forces of attraction and repulsion being administered in unison. This ability to hold foes in place was instinctively installed into Masato. Masato would speak to the man this time. " How would you know this...and where are you!?" He demanded to know. His teeth clenched. It wasn't like Masato was overly intellectual to begin with. A being from another world approaching him seemed out of his comprehension range. Without warning, Kurama spoke up. " BOY. Show respect!" He rumbled. " It...is good to know you are well..." Kurama said to the voice, never revealing his identity. The voice responded with a pleased tone. " Ahhh Kurama. I was wondering when you might speak up! Surprising you've found your way back into my lineage after all these years." Kurama laughed hole heartedly. " I had no idea he was of your family until just now. I understand there must be larger forces at work then?" Masato's patience grew weaker. Still, the words of the man seemed to continue instilling information into Masato. Now, he felt as though the combined effort of push and pull would give him new abilities to manipuilate one's position. Moving them at will with ease through the air and ragdolling them as desired. Masato was perplexed how the voice of this man seemed to command his body to absorb skills as though being read from a book. He would remain silent, curious as to what came next... Masato would continue to stand in the training yard of the academy, lost within a personal space. Kurama and the voice continued to converse. Perhaps...I haven't seen that much yet. Change is coming. Powerful ninja are moving to shape the world. Kurama grumbled again, this time he mumbled to himself. Masato gritted his teeth, speaking aloud. To the rest of the world, he was screaming at the air. " Hey! Act like I'm here at least!" He roared. Both the fox and the voice filled his mind with laughter. " Nobody forgot about you, boy. In fact...you're the reason I'm here." Once again. The man's words flooded Masato's brain with wisdom. Visions of hand signs molded into his head. The specific number of seals, their order, everything. Next, the vision of the technique itself. The creation of a giant meteor like ball in the sky. Masato's brain would vividly put this together and envision the outcome. [Chibaku Tensei [Heavenly Body Bursting from the Earth]]
Masato raised an eyebrow. " Well. Let's get on with it then?" he retorted, eagerly awaiting whatever this was. Kurama sighed. " You won't like it, Masato." The Uchiha furrowed his brow. He waited impatiently." Boy.... when you fought your mother... who led the fight? Masato would look down to the ground. He gritted his teeth. Instinctively he knew the answer. " S-Sanda." He felt shame. His eyes had no physical body to look at angrily, so the ground would do it. " So. You're saying I'm not strong enough to fight what's next?" Silence fell over the two of them as he awaited an answer. " Correct. As you are now at least. Make up what you lack in intellect with exerience. Make up what time you've lost with hard effort. Make up what weaknesses you have with inner strength. You can ascend to the next field...but you will need to work for it." The man's words instilled power once again. This time, new gifts were instilled. The word 'Preta' was seared inside Masato's brain as he would feel himself understanding how to absorb chakra. This was different than the way Kurama gave him chakra. This was a physical touch to leech chakra from a being. In a similar manner, another gift was instilled. This one was similar to his ability to negate chakra. Instead of negating it though, he was absorbing a technique into his hand, harmlessly removing it from play by expending chakra himself. These gifts were clearly imparted to him from Sandayu. He was borrowing power once again. Masato thought back on Kurama's words. Mastering his power before seeking new power. Masato had to wonder. Had he reached the pinnacle of his own power? Perhaps...he should have sought his own power before Kurama's. He was foolish to believe he had attained perfection. " So. I just gotta get stronger, huh?" He said, grinning. " Alright old man. That's no problem at all. I'll get stronger and stronger until nobody can defeat me, even without my friends!" Friends. The word triggered images of Zhi, Taylor, the other village ninja, even Kurama and Sanda. He had relied on their strength too much and let his own fade. Masato listened as the elderly voice seemed to agree. " Yes yes. We all know you'll be stronger...but do not discount your friends so easily. Tenrai had been at the academy for a little while, sitting in a chair at the receptionist desk near the entrance while waiting on his grandson to arrive, however much to his surprise he was running quite late. A sigh of defeat would escape past the old man's lips as he adjusted his glasses to fit more squarely on his nose before standing and walking over to the woman behind the desk. He would explain the situation to her only for her to feed him the welcoming spiel and give him a name accompanied by a direction. She informed him to stay alert as several things were currently happening, leaving her warning quite vague and ominous.
Tenrai would go from room to room, opening the door and excusing himself before asking if the designated person was there and getting rejected every time. Eventually the group at the pool would hear this repeated sequence of someone walking down the hall, stopping at a door, opening and excusing themselves, asking the name, then excusing themselves again. Eventually the door to the pool area if that's what you would call it would slide open as a white haired aged man poked his head in and called out to the group,βExcuse me, would Sumiko-sensei happen to be here?βAt the back of his mind he was already ready to excuse himself once more and close the door as soon as one of them spoke.

Twin beautiful emerald green eyes would glance around within the main entrance of the academy, looking for someone to speak with about his application to be a student, and also at the same time looking around for his grandfather who was supposed to be here ahead of him. He couldn't blame the man from going on ahead, considering how late he was due to his.. indulgences he would have gone ahead too. Reaching up to scratch the back of his head he walked forward, looking at the woman sitting behind the desk before giving her a charming smile as he leaned forward to speak to her. "Hi, I'm running a bit late and was wondering if you could point me to where I need to go to sign up as a student and begin my classes." With that said he waited for her to look through her paperwork, his hand playing idly with things along her desk before she looked up and informed him to look for a person named Sumiko, alongside a general idea of the classroom he would need to go to.
Giving her another smile he walked in the direction she pointed him too, glancing through the doorways on either-side of the hallway looking for his grandfather. If he found that man he would most likely find their new teacher, and if not that he could let the man do all the talking while he just followed along. After a few minutes of walking he came upon another hallway, that upon looking down he saw said grandfather standing there looking through a doorway patiently for something. Turning down the hallway he walked towards him slowly, one hand reaching up to fix his messy lazy hair while he did so. He at least wanted to be presentable for his class, even if they'll probably be far younger than him. Stepping behind Tenrai he spoke in a low tone to the man, leaning against the door frame next to him. "I see even you haven't had luck yet, how many more classrooms you think there are?"

Sumiko watched and listened as everyone seemed to be okay. That was until Kenny pulled a kunai out of his chest, causing blood to begin flowing freely. As she made her way to Kenny, she almost didn't have time to react as Michio began to faint right next to her. Sumiko reached out, grabbing Michio's arm to make sure he didn't fall face first onto the floor.
She lowered Michio gently to the ground, tearing open his sleeve to to get a better view of his wound. The wound was far deeper than it had first appeared. Sumiko took part of Michio's torn sleeve and ripped it off. She then wrapped this length of fabric around his arm, forming a makeshift tourniquet to slow the bloodloss from his arm. She then looked to Kenny and Charvalla. "I know you are both wounded and exhausted from your battle with that rogue but I am afraid you aren't done yet. As of right now, I am giving you your first official mission. Take Michio to the hospital as quickly as you can. It's not far. I need to stay here and make sure the rest of the students are okay and that no more rogues are lurking in the building." She hoped that Kenny's wound wouldn't slow him down too much, but with the three of them, she hoped that they would be able to make it there quickly.

With her sweep of the building complete, Sumiko collapsed into her chair. Most of the building was a mess and there was blood everywhere, but miraculously, no one had died. Things could have been much worse if she hadn't made her way here so quickly. With the Academy now safe, Sumiko felt it was finally time to embark on a little training of her own. She began to pack up her desk belongings, placing them into a small bag but was suddenly interrupted by what appeared to be a confused senior citizen. "Yes, I am Sumiko. Is there something I can help you with? The assisted living community is two buildings down if you need help finding it."
With that out of the way, she picked up her bag and started heading for the doorway. She motioned over her shoulder as she was leaving. "My assistant teacher can help you. His name is Iruka-sensei." She motioned to a medium sized man who seemed to be completely useless whenever you needed him. And with one last smile, she was gone.
When Tenrai had opened the door the sound of footsteps was easily heard behind him headed in his directions, and they sounded just a bit too hefty to be from a woman, unless she was downing eight gram rocks of steroids on the daily while drinking tiger blood, but even then he wouldn't find it in himself to judge them, because they'd be a winner. The gramps took a curious glance over his shoulder to find his precious not-so-little one leaning against the wall beside him and pondering aloud about the success in finding their teacher. Before he could respond however the female in the classroom or teacher's office or wherever Sumiko's puppeteer had warped them to would identify herself as the one they were looking for followed by the oh so common elderly joke which just happened to not be a joke in this situation.
Tenrai would begin to retort to her inquiry only to be cut short and have his situation handed off to her supposed assistant, this Iruka-sensei person. Like that, the pretty little lady was gone and the three men were left standing there in what would best be called a sasugeparty. Turning to this young Iruka fellow, Tenrai would offer a slight polite bow in respect to their authority before getting down to business.βExcuse me useless-a**-looking-third-rate-two-bit-no-importance-bad-character-development-no-story-having-a** Iruka-sensei, but it look like our training will now be in your hands. I am Ichirou Tenrai, and I look forward to being in your care.β

Charvalla climbed up from the water after their would be sensei had come and ended the man who had been after them. She hadn't ended up covered in Michio's blood, which was a feat in of itself, but still she looked quite majestic as she stood there, water dripping from her thick, heavy waves of raven hair. She also moved to Sumika, but had time for narry a word before she was also clamoring to help ensure Michio didn't fall face first into the floor. She grit her teeth, knowing she wouldn't be hearing the end of this one anytime soon if she just let him fall, or even if she did.
And also cause oen of her only friends was currently bleeding out. "Michi!" she exclaimed, giving Sumika room to work her magic as a healer and also furrowing her brow. When they were given their mission to get him to the hospital, she looked to Kenny expectantly, lifting up the man by one arm and expecting him to grab the other to put both his arms over either of their shoulders carefully, taking the side with the wound on it, and though she was soaked, she seemed to have no qualms at all. She was primarily concerned with helping him. "Ready Kenny" she managed to get out on the way to getting him vertical again.

As he was standing right next to him Kenny was one o the first to notice Michio on the downturn. He helped Sumiko lower him to the ground and watched him bind his wounds. Pretty soon after they were given a mission to take him to the hospital. Kenny didn't get all hyped, nor noble. Just shrugged and helped Char get him back to his feet. Using a very basic jutsu he knew, Kenny placed a hand over Michio's wound and let cold seep into the boy's body. It wasn't a lot- but enough to numb some of the pain and constrict the blood vessels further "Sorry, know it's cold" He muttered as he finished casting the technique. Whenever Char was ready Kenny would throw his arm over him and set off

Looking at his grandpa out of the corner of his eye, he let out a loud laugh when their teacher made an elderly joke towards him. While it was a common thing at the mans age it was still hilarious to Nathanial, especially since they almost never recognized him for who he was as a businessman, just as an old man. "Yeah old man, the assisted living community is two buildings down." Letting out another laugh he patted his grandpa on the shoulder, stepping past the man and through the doorway before sitting down in one of the many chairs within the classroom. Lifting his legs up he put his feet on the desk, his arms crossed over his chest as he glanced over to watch a cute girl exit right after Sumiko and whoever else it was that left./ Looking over at Iruka he spoke in his usual jovial tone, his emerald eyes glinting in the sunlight shining through the window as he watched the man. "Hello Iruka-sensei~ I'm Nathanial Kravei, though most people just call me Nate since my names considered weird here."Giving a lazy salute and wave he waited patiently for the man to speak and address him and Tenrai.
Iruka-sensei stared into Ichirou's eyes. It wasn't the longing stare of a lover, but more of a soulless thousand yard stare. Yet another person had come to be trained. They seemed to be an endless flood. No matter how many he taught, they just kept coming. Iruka-sensei then turned his lifeless gaze to Nathanial. "Please fully introduce yourselves. How old are you both? One of you seems dead already. Also, any goals or plans for the future. If you have any prior training as well or any special abilities."
