Living Eternally Kagami Han'ei I don't think I'm entirely confused XD I just asked my question wrong. When you become an Elemental, do you remember your life before you became one? I wouldn't take any attributes or skills from that life since like you said I am fire now. For backstory purposes only I'm just curious if I should pick a race that I was. What your character remembers can honestly be up to their backstory. *thumbsup*
Whatever race they "were" wouldn't be listed in the "Race" section, their element and maybe their type. You could include the shape of their homunculus body here or include that in the history. I kinda figured it wouldn't be listed under race XD It's just for backstory. Putting what I was before in as my current race would be weird. Homunculus don't have a specific shape right? They can be the shape of any race? Sorry it's been a while since I read the thing, I remember having this question before I should probably check again to make sure I'm not saying stupid stuff XD

Not sure about roles that need to be filled. I'd say just look through the existing characters, see if someone appeals to you, and then try to make a character to interact with that person. That's what a lot of people do. ^^

I know Ren already replied to this, but I wanted to elaborate^^;
Until we know who's sticking around in the Guild and what characters are still going to be present, it's probably best to do whatever you'd like or maybe get in contact with one of the people who've already posted in the Roll Call thread.
If I'm right, Noizless might be looking for a Knight for a new character but also needs an assistant to her ceramicist character. killer-wolf-kun may be still looking for someone to pair up with, and Johto has a couple characters open as well. #playingmatchmaker #ifimwrongwiththese,pleaseletmeknow
We're also deciding on the current fate of our Witch Invasion Arc. If you'd be up for an expendable character and we keep moving with the arc [which I'm pushing for], then a Witch could be fun~
