I can slowly read Russian and Ukrainian, but I can't understand it. I knew three words in that post - and one of them was 'and' biggrin .
And I still confuse г and ґ.
It used to be that I read the RU г as an h, but now I sometimes at first glance I read the UA г as a g.
I've not really gone very far into RU, only just got a CD course. And also I'm focusing on DE until I go there, then study DE and RU equally.

A cool site that is vary basic but just as entertaining is: http://speakrussian.blogspot.com/I am also a t.A.T.u fan and that is what got me into the Russian language, also other things. Russian has been a sort of popular language for a while. Any t.A.T.u. fans here?

I'm still having a bit of trouble pronouncing and remembering the word познакомимся... and I have a teacher there to help me. xp It just doesn't roll off the tongue like здравствуйте.
