"Why don't you change back and open it yourself?" Loralei asked, growing more and more furious by the minute. "Or better yet, let's yell at someone who didn't do anything wrong and force them to be your lapdog? I don't think so." Blood from where Alucard had pecked her dripped down her face, and she wiped at it with an exasperated sigh. Loralei threw open the door and waited for Alucard to come in. "Well? Door's open. Take it or leave it, because it's closing in five seconds."

"Idiot..." Alucard flew towards the door, but his stomach started hurting and it caused him to lose control of his flight. He tried to rear up to prevent himself from hitting the wall, but that failed and he winded up smashing into it. He slipped down the wall and landed on his back, "Ooowww...you...you fed him normal food again...didn't you...?"

Loralei laughed at the spectacle of Alucard losing control and hitting the wall, then went to go pick him up from the ground. "Yes, yes I did, and I really don't care what you have to say about it either. No matter what I do, it seem as if I'm stupid, so, why not just do what I want, hm?" Loralei walked up the steps and into the house, and after going into the kitchen, set Alucard down on the counter. She pulled up a seat and watched him for a moment. "Well? Where's my scolding? I've been such a 'stupid, stupid girl...'"

Alucard winced from the pain and almost curled up, "If I did what you wanted...I'd just be debasing myself to your level...."
He flapped his wings a few times, but he settled back down soon after, "Why don't you do something to entertain me while I wait for this pain to go away? Can you dance or sing? Possibly juggle? Or are you as untalented as I think you are?"

Loralei grumbled exasperatedly and walked up the stairs, stomping along the way. She threw open the door to the library and grabbed a book and her book of spells. Loralei hopped down the stairs and threw the book at Alucard, where it opened to the beginning of a story. "There. Stories of the Macabre. Enjoy."
She sighed as she sat in a chair across from him, opening her spell book to the puzzle she hadn't yet solved.
Loralei hoped she could at least solve one...

Alucard cawed as he scrambled back to avoid getting squashed by the book, "Heh, I think this book is probably way more interesting than you'll ever be. Then again, you picked this book...so it makes me question its entertainment value."
Alucard pecked the book, making it tumble off the counter, "What are you doing now? Reading a 'how to' book for 'dummies'?"

Loralei said nothing, but continued to make notes in her spell book. Her eyebrows furrowed in concentration; Loralei didn't have time for Alucard's antics right now. She whispered quietly to herself, trying to figure out the spell, and ignored Alucard as best she could.

Loralei merely slapped him off her leg and stood. "I'm going to change my clothes..." she said to no one in particular. "Apparently I have white gunk on my leg... no idea where it's from."

((Oh my god, so earlier I saw a crow and it was hopping and it reminded me of Alucard. *grins*))
Loralei walked upstairs slowly, grateful for the time alone. The more she was around the older Alucard, the more she was annoyed. What happened to the nice Alucard I met yesterday...? she muttered to herself as she got dressed once again.

Loralei emerged from her bedroom wearing something more complicated than before. Silently, she waltzed downstairs and glared at Alucard sitting on the stool. "Don't you dare leave your droppings on this dress. I will find a way to murder you and not Little Alucard, so help me."

Loralei merely plopped down on the couch and any time that Alucard tried to come near her, she shooed him off. "Go on little birdie... go read your book and leave me to my spells in peace..." she grumbled.
