Okay, now I'm confused again. Some Galactic dud in Mt Coronet said tha ti can't get to the peak from there, and I have to get there from hearhtrome city... Huh?

Its a b***h to get up there. agreed, if you have a decent team like I got, stock up on about 40 super potions and 20 revives, as well as 20 full heals, and 20-30 ultra balls, and you should be fine.
