Luke was also starting to zone out with Kaya petting him. It made him feel very calm and very sleepy. Drat! He was starting to fall asleep again! He pulled his head from Kaya's lap before transforming back into a human. He yawned and laid down behind Kaya, since she was sitting on one edge of the bed, then the wolf grabbed his coat and undershirt, rolled them up, and put them under his head, using the bundle as a pillow as he continued to drift off.

Luke smiled softly in his sleep as he felt Kaya pet his head. He gently grabbed her wrist and pulled her down onto the bed with him. He smiled and pulled the blanket over them both and he held her close to him as he started to fall asleep.

Luke smiled softly as Kaya just rested her head on his chest. He played with the end of one of her dark curls as he too finally fell sound asleep.

After a long night, what felt like only moments for the wolf, the sun decided to wake Luke up. Since he was laying on his back, he got the full brunt of it, making him groan and shield his eyes. He pulled the blanket up farther to shield Kaya from the infernal natural alarm clock.

Luke felt her bury her face in his chest. She must be still asleep. And apparently she talks in her sleep. Now he could understand Lunora's attraction to Demetri, who he knew talked in his sleep. Their sleep-talking was adorable. The wolf smiled softly and used his magic to close the curtains and make a pair of shutters between the glass and the curtains, making the room dark as night. He then used his magic let one ray of sun in, letting it hit a small crystal he created, the light reflecting into small dots of light. A starry sky just for them. And even though Luke knew they were not real stars, the sight made him sleepy and he was back asleep in no time.

Luke continued to sleep even when Kaya woke. But soon his body was done with sleep, making the wolf wake up. The teacher groaned softly and yawned a little, rubbing one of his eyes softly. His other arm wrapped around Kaya's shoulders as he tried to wake up. He didn't want to get up....

Luke looked down at Kaya. "Funny. If I'm missing another day, then you're missing one. If I'm going to sleep all day again, I might as well have someone with me. Or you could leave me, go teach, and I can watch your animals. I seem to be a good heater..."

Luke smiled and wrapped his arms around her and began to laugh. "Why don't we just get married already? We seem to be almost inseparable." he joked. But something deep inside him was not joking.
