Nana_Wing Jim Hensley Oh, I've ways to defend myself, Partner. My one concern is this fella Miss Nana was talkin about, bein able to destroy almost a tenth of this other fella's army with a single swipe of his hand. Them are the people I'm concerned about. Not because they pose any threat to me, ya understand that I'm not overly worried about my character's death because he's borne on the wind...he'll be back, but because having an individual that absurdly strong draws away that sense of hopelessness and challenge that most find appealing. ....ya, D. But that was hypathetical. sweatdrop For all I know he might not even be able to whipe out 1% at a time. It depends on the situation as a whole. Also have to add if you think that's absurd, there was a guy who used to say he got his power from the big bang and just went around blowing everything up... needless to say, he's no longer allowed back in this guild.

Actually it was Truinthil whom he had use that technique, and it was 5x hotter than the sun. All to melt a simple metal link of a bracelet off a little boy's arm. Still attached might I add. Those burns did not heal naturally. mad

Miss Nana, five times hotter then the sun is...well, that's lethal to anything in the solar system. Meltin the link off a bracelet, well that'd incinerate everythin on the planet in the blink of an eye.

Noooooot really, we're messing with magic here. If one was to just set a fire that hot out in the open than yeah, we'd all fry. But a controlled burn with a high powered character focusing where the flame is directed can work short term.
Of course, anything but that'd probably kill us all, yeah. >>

Another reason, Cole, why I perfer to do my battlin with my spear. Magic's too unreliable.
Not sayin I don't use it, cause you'd be killed instantly without some form of super magic under yer belt, but I'd much rather fight with good ol' fashin weapons.

He said it was pin pointed, but that didn't make it any better. sweatdrop I've said it before, he uses far too much power in instances where he doesn't need to. Overkill is an understatment. gonk

*grumbles angrily to himself and stamps his hat on the top of his head* Bah, can't do anything so why worry over it? Those mansion folk can take care of themselves, especially if that Draeken fella can produce flames five times hotter then the sun. Nothin would be able to stand against that for even an instant. I'll just be movin along by my lonesome.

Well then there you go, you should do some fighting with Cole. ^_^ Trickiest thing he can do (for now) is use an extra pair of psychic hands.

sweatdrop Well lets just say, that's one reason you never make a character like that angry. His reasoning for the event was that he thought the bracelet might be able to kill a god... sweatdrop Now I find that a bit absurd myself.

Howdy Miss Sundel, my apollogzies but, I'd rather eat my own hat then resort to using such an extream! One person flinging fire that could erradicate a solar system and another person flinging ice that could do the very same thing. Utterly absurd!
A more viable way to remove the threat would be to remove the fuel. Fire cannot burn without fuel. On a planet the most abundant source of fuel? Air! Oxygen! The very element I hold domain over.

sweatdrop Agreed. Such extremes are unnecessary. Why they exist sometimes I cannot fathum. Lack of imagination I think sometimes. Just like "not all who wander are lost", "Not all situations require the utmost extememties of force". 3nodding
