How much do you have to play (I mean hours) to actually get into the game?
I mean past the tutorials and etc.?
i'm not a hard core player, i play maybe 5 hours a week- and only on weekends

i really enjoy the game, it is a bit of a grind fest if your doing it on your own tho, thats why i love playing with other peps.
The games really easy to get into, you get past all the tutorials really early in the day, and you can pretty much get to level 10 in a couple of hours.
There is a story line, as once you get to higher levels aion becomes very PvP like (Person Vs Person)
It's fairly new so they are still updating things here and there.
and when it comes to choosing a class think about what you would enjoy playing, you have 2 spell caster types- healer or Dps, and to Fighting types, both Dps
it's not till level ten that you choose what path you wish to take:
Warrior- becomes a Gladiator (Full on DPS) or a Templar (The Tank)
Scout- Becomes an Assassin (Close combat DPS) or a Ranger (Ranged DPS)
Priest- Becomes a Cleric (The Healer) or the Chanter (Gives the group Buffs and is a DPS class)
Mage- Becomes a Sorcerer (Huge DPS) or a Spiritmaster (Uses pets to battle while doing ranged damage)
so it's really about what you would enjoy playing, i hate playing a Spiritmaster and a Ranger, i'm not a big fan of ranged DPS but some people like it, i love playing my healer tho ^^
The game cost $15 a month to play, and to buy the game from a store over here, i for it for $30, bargain! lolz but i think it's about $50 i could be wrong.
