Basically all I do on my computer is Gaia, MySpanishLab (homework), and type papers. I'm an English major, so I don't get much time for free reading. I'm usually bogged down with books that I wouldn't have picked for myself. My life has become very predictable. I need to do something cool in real life.

I have to go to the doctor on monday for a procedure and the prep for it started yesterday. Unless you really, really want to know I'll spare you the details.

Poor Kenny! sad *hugs*
I caught the flu from my brother, so now I am yet sick again. Sometimes, I wonder if I will ever get well and stay well. xp

I think it's the flu. My brother had it a few days ago. I've had a fever around 101 to 102 all day. I've been achy, but I'm wondering if I'm confusing fever aches with flu aches. confused

I don't think I've had the flu in years. Unless I have in which case I've just called it a cold. I don't think I've ever had a flu shot either. How do you tell if you have the flu anyway?
The only constant health problem I have is that my sinuses are ALWAYS plugged up.

The most obvious symptoms of the flu are fever and being really achy all over. You also lose your appetite and stuff. So, you feel cold and are miserable and don't want to move even to go to the bathroom. xp
I haven't had the flu in several years either. Unfortunately, the flu is rampant around this area right now. I usually have sinus problems too, but I can actually breath perfectly right now, except for the wheezing that is left over from my bronchitis.

Day 3 of 5 done, my last meal of actual food for the next 36 hours. Willpower and control of gagging reflex don't fail me now.

What kind of procedure are you having? It kind of sounds like the prep for a colonoscopy.

I'd give you a prize if I had one and had a way of sending it through the computer screen.

So I'm right? eek My mom had one of of those last summer, so that's why I'm familiar with the prep work. The worst part for her was taking the bottles of laxatives. (I hope you can get to the bathroom in time when you're taking them.) Actually, the procedure itself wasn't bad at all. She went to sleep, and then woke up, and that was it. I hope that gives you a little bit of hope and encouragement. sweatdrop

Yeah, just took the first of 4 cups over the next hour, get to do the same thing tomorrow morning. And yeah, that's what everyone in my family has said too. The night and morning before suck and then the procedure is over before you know it.
