[Kegan] 1 in 4 Nintendo nerds seems annoyed at the lack of a red color. Know what would be a really easy way to ramp up launch sales? Extra color options for Pre-orders. I should be working for Nintendo. Launch sales won't need to be ramped up. The demand > the supply, almost definitely.

But Nintendo could offer an option like that for $10 or something. You get some fantard who wants "Samus Orange" and you spend like $3 painting it. Even if they only offered like 5 extra preorder color bonuses they would get some extra cash. Like the Treecko Green, Torchic Red, and Mudkip Blue SP's that came out.

Well, actually, the 3DS's color isn't painted on. It's in the plastic. Actually, I believe it's beneath a clear coat, which would kinda give it that weird affect at different angles.
