I should really like, make a list of all the foods I think I can prepare exceptionally well. An inventory of my kitchen skills, so I know what I should teach myself next.
There are several kinds of breads. White breads, but for a while I was into making crazy breads like, with potato chunks and seasoning, or with spirals of herbs and cheese. I am pretty good at bread in general.
Quiche. I can make quiche. Vegetables!
I am a master white rice cooker. You probably think you're good at cooking white rice. But can you get it to not have the little hard bits? Can you do this without making it super sticky and or mushy? This takes practice.
I'm pretty good at plain omelets, but when I get more adventurous with the filling I tend to break them.
Potatoes? I've successfully made french fries from scratch, but it was a lot of work. I live on baked potatoes sometimes, and I can make a damn good mash.
There is a lot actually.
I should think of what I would serve if I ran a cafe.

Everything would be vegetarian, with a lot of the stuff even being vegan. The focus, though, would be good food in general, with vegetarian being only a feature.
Baked fresh daily, I could have loves of the most awesome whitebreads you have ever had. Artisan style, or eggwashed, or baguette style. I'd have to work on not having my baguettes spring(When the bread splits because a crust forms before the expansion is done.) Whole wheat breads would be easy. And I could easily prepare specialty loves with all kinds of herbs seeds and even cheese fillings.
Served up hot: could be all different kids of sandwiches, or brushetta, served on yesterday's bread, sliced up and toasted.
Vegetarian sandwiches: could be like sliders. With stuff like roasted tomatoes, eggplant, mushrooms and lettuce. Oh and cheese.
Soups? Vegan stuff like butternut squash, potato leek, with cheese being added as an option. Soups would be easy. They could be prepared in advance and served out by even the unskilled counter staff.
We could do a good side business with niche veg*n groceries, depending on where we set up. Because a lot of stores don't carry the crazy s**t vegans eat, and a lot of vegetarians don't know how to select rennet free cheeses.
I COULD do this... Or I could be a greenhouse manager.
