MAN, so much chaos in Kirigakure...its hard to follow it even after reading all the posts.
I have a matter for discussion though, with Fruity's bloodline. Essentially, we are saying that her bloodline takes Genjutsu and makes it real, right? can we work out how this actually works?
I mean, does she weave the genjutsu, and then it becomes reality after a post, or is it immediate? Genjutsu is literally a manipulation of the mind... Someone is forced to see something by the affects of chakra on their brain and senses.
HOWEVER, if the Genjutsu becomes real, isn't that just a form of psychic ability? the question at this point becomes: "If the Genjutsu becomes real, what if the Genjutsu has no affect in the first place?"For a Genjutsu to be called a Genjutsu, it has to be a chakra based technique that affects the mind. The Genjutsu user can control what the victim sees, but for that to even occur, the user has to be affected by it.
ALSO, I've never seen Genjutsu applied to multiple people at one time, let alone everyone in a room or hospital.
What I saw occur in the hospital, was not Genjutsu...it was really much more of a Psychic power then anything else. I would think we need to hammer this down for future occurrences.
1. Is this actually Genjutsu that she is using?...or is it more akin to a Psychic ability?
2. If it is Genjutsu, does it still become real if the Genjutsu doesn't affect the person it is being used on?
3. Can her Genjutsu really affect multiple people? (All it would take is for one person to BELIEVE the Genjutsu for it to become real, but I would border this on almost broken if it could affect multiple people at once, especially since the weaved images of a genjutsu can be immensely powerful things to suddenly come to life.)
...Forgive my ignorance if anything here is obvious, or I just haven't read a profile or Kekkai Genkai properly, but I'm just looking for some clarity. In the end, I think what she and Tenshi did was RP'd very well, as were most of the reactions to it...but for future reference, I'd just like an understanding of how this works. (Not all of our RPCs can be affected by Genjutsu easily... xd )

And yeah i know it is confusing, but if you ever watched the anime, one member of th ekurama clan was locked up because her genjutsu was so dangerous and powerful it became reality. I mean she can choose if its real or not, but the kekki genkai is best for those who are skilled. The genjutsu is strong enough....lets see...in the anime kurama drew a picture of the hokage's mansion. Then she drew dark clouds above it, which before her and naruto, dark clouds filled the skies above the office. Then she drew a bolt of lightning hitting the office. Next thing that happened, a bolt of lightning struck the office Another, she drew a pic of kurena or w/e her name was, asuma's gf? She drew a picture of her, and then a red line going through her heart. Naruto, in disguise, saw the image and suddenly had a heart attack. It ended prematuerly because he wasn't the real one. See how it is? The genjutsu is so powerful it can very well be like psychic powers.

Weird...
So it's not really a Genjutsu. If it doesn't involve hand seals, or chakra, it's not Genjutsu. from what you described (if she meant to do it) it's a combination of Precognitive abilities, with Psychokinetic effect.
(Essentially, she sees the future [how she wants it] and it becomes so.)
...VERY POWERFUL. But it seems like Fruity does an excellent job of RPing with it responsibly.

in a sense. She cannot predict the future or movements, and is still succumbable to genjutsu that is strong enough and literally attacks the brain. But she does a very good job of it. It is a very powerful kekki genkai, and i think only the skilled rpers should be allowed to possess it. Either way, I have confidence that Cherry uses it very well, not abusing it nor belittling it.
