Mari leaned over and rest her head on his shoulder. She knew he was thinking about something and was curious. Instead of asking, though, she just rubbed Odin's stomach.

"I know. It's just I hope one day we won't have this stress. Seems like all of it is keeping us from things." She held onto Odin's claws and tilted him back and forth causing him to giggle. She couldn't help but give a smile.

"Yea. I know." Was all she could say. She didn't like it, but she accepted it. Part of her wanted to go back to the world she lived in. In fact, she was thinking of going to visit Maris and maybe even Roland. She hadn't seen them in a long time.

She let out a sigh and closed her eyes as she leaned against him. "I guess not." Mari held the dragon in her arms close to her as if she was hugging a teddy bear or something.

"Are you?" She questioned what he said and wondered about it. She was happy too, though sometimes she was a bit depressed.

i am. i know that things have been hard lately and i know it gets you down, but i would fight anything if i could still be with you. when i was on my own and i was fighting, what drove me the most was the chance to be able to see you again.
