Elena forced a smile onto her face as she walked up to get their order. She thanked the man behind the counter and paid before carrying her tray back to Richard. Placing it on the table she sat down beside him and silently took her tea. She didn't even look at the boy, she was still trying to calm down somewhat. Luckily the tea seemed to be doing the trick and, after a few sips, she wasn't going to take the teaspoon and stab him in the leg with it anymore. She wanted to for sure but she could at least hold back the urge.
"Are you finished humiliating me yet?"
He probably wasn't, and she knew it. She'd agreed to the date after all. Though she wished the shy boy from the pier was with her now instead. He was alot more fun to be with than this brash, irritating version.

Elena sighed but didn't move away.
"Why do you keep calling me that??"
It's not that she cared so much, she just really didn't understand. She wasn't cute at all. At least she didn't think she was. Though she did wish she could stop blushing whenever the boy called her it. He seemed to have mellowed out a little at least and hadn't just pulled her back onto his lap, which was something. Her anger simmered down and she finally seemed to be able to enjoy her tea.
"Just for the record this is only a first date. You're treating me like i'm your girlfriend."
She glanced sideways at him before looking back into her teacup and wincing. She'd said first date, like there were going to be more. Not what she'd meant at all.

Still sipping her tea she listened to him before placing her cup down on the plate before her. Elena decided it was time to enact a little of her planned revenge. Grabbing his shirt she pulled him close and kissed him squarely on the lips. Not a quick peck like the ones she'd been suffering through either. No. She kissed him deep and long, before sitting back, a little out of breath. Hopefully she'd get to see him be embarrassed for once tonight.

She giggled at his reaction and leaned her chin on her hand, looking up at him.
"I'm sorry. Did you want another one so you'd have a better idea of what I did?"
She smiled in satisfaction at being able to get him back somewhat. His reaction had been more than worth it.

"Aw but you liked kissing me so much. I thought you'd enjoy getting one back."
She moved closer to him and leaned against his shoulder.
"Not having fun anymore? Awwww but I was just beginning to enjoy myself a little."
Drawing her finger down his arm she laughed again.
"Don't be such a spoil sport."

Elena opened her eyes slowly, a little breathless by the sudden kiss. She almost fell off his lap and had to cling to his shirt for support. She was vaguely aware that her face was burning but her brain hadn't received enough oxygen in the last few moments, leaving her a little unsteady. Richard seemed a little out of sorts about it himself.
"Um...maybe we should stop with the kisses....."
She'd only meant it as a little revenge for his merciless teasing but that had escalated somewhat. Leaning against his chest she tried to calm down a little, and hoped there weren't too many people watching.

"I don't care who started it."
She knew he was right of course but she'd wanted some payback. She hadn't been expecting him to do any of that. Her heart was still fluttering, though she didn't know why. Then again she hadn't kissed a boy before tonight, even if he was just a ghost. She finally managed to catch her breath and slid of his lap onto the seat beside him.
"So...what now?"

Elena blushed again at his remark about her being cute, which only made him smile at her more. Why was she getting like this? She was a demon for god's sake. Glancing around it seemed most people had stopped looking over at them but she still wanted to leave.
"Um....I don't really care where we go....I just don't want to be here right now. I won't be recruiting anyone else tonight....it's too late for that...Where do you want to go?"
Hopefully wherever it was wasn't somewhere he was going to embarrass her further. The date had been his idea but she'd agreed to it and she planned to see it through, as much as she wanted to crawl under a rock and hide right at this moment.
