Because of all the poison they have to deal with as well as the fact that they have equal or more chakra control than a medical ninja. :]

Cain the Blade little mintchan cory why ya say i was given wrong information bout the nibi? i got all my info on the Nibi and its techniques from BB on the NUR forum. They should apply here too. yes BB does know the CORRECT things of nibi cause i have nibi in his guild:3
