They may practice Ninjutsu, but they, themselves, are not ninja.
Any real Ninjas have died out by now due to Japan's modernization, the same thing that wiped out the Samurai.
And infact there are historical instances of Ninja becoming pirates.
But how often do you hear of pirates becoming Ninjas? never.
I'll say it again. Ninjas suck and die, but pirates live for ever.

Jaden_Ordo He does have a point. I was thinking of ocean pirates... but I do suppose internet pirates count just as well. Actually Ocean Piracy is at a historic high. Hundreds of ships are lost to pirates a year, but you never hear about it.
