Now there was a good pistol, even if it was a bit awkward to fire.

Oh god.
That's the one thing about the germans I disliked, that damned pistol. Aside from that, their guns rocked.
*Yawn.* It's 3am, I think I'm going to go get some sleep. I have to watch my baby brother in the morning after all. Goodnight everyone.
And before I go, just remember, all the blades and guns in the world won't save you from the fact that someone can walk into the woods, carve the end of a stick sharp, and spear your a**.
Let's face it, the oldest and easiest made weapons are the best.
*Throws rocks at people.*
Laterz.

Well, there cheap and easy to find if I remember right. A good friend of mine owns somewhere around 5 of them, and a large ammount of other WWII era firearms, mostly German.

Haha, well at least you know what you like... all I can say is "I like warm summer rain with a little more wind than normal". I think I'm gonna get going to bed tho, I need to be up in 6 hours to pick up a package.... I should never be allowed to buy stuffo nline at night becasue the contents of this package are tear gas grenades... i will never use or need them, so why did I buy them * laughs to himself over hsi own stupidity* oh well, at least i can say i have them

dothreme Now there was a good pistol, even if it was a bit awkward to fire. Actually the German Lugar was a really, really, horrible weapon. The bullets weren't strong enough to actually puncture the flak jacket that the Allies wore. Infact it took like five or six shots to actually puncture the armor. Now the Allied .45 Colt M1911. For sheer power, accuracy, and over all weight to use ratio, it had to be the .45!! Infact, I remember watching this thing on the history channel, that the .45 was so widely wanted that they didn't have enough of the guns to actually supply the entire army. A lot of the soldiers had to take lugars off German officers and stuff, and every last one of them said it sucked in comparison to the American manufactured guns.

yea, i kinda forgot about the size of the rounds... but it was better than nothing and to be fair it was one of the first semi automatic pistols that was mass produced ever. but your right about the colt .45, a much better pistol durring that war.
