Neoshin Reborn Red Xavier neo: whats this move do Eight Devination Signs Air Palm xd chidori:also allowed to god mod a litlle bit lol read rules not to god mod at all.... scream It's air blast of chakra from the palm that can knock back opponents, and the empty palm is the same thing but it locks up the inner eight gates and is a invisible chakra blast, unless you have the byakugan you will be able to see it WAHHHH REALLY??!?!?!? I NEED TO LEARN EMPTY PALM!!!!! scream that's after I earn chunnin rank ^^;;;

Ability is based on skill points ask any mod or even drago.

XXX-[C]hidori[K]night-XXX Red Xavier learned gentle fist getting more skill points and getting ready for the chunnin exams i'm going to get all the skills i can before i get the chunnin exams xd cant wait to fight chidori just hope he doesn't god mod stare considering you have 35,000 skill points less than me, I'm allowed to god mod a little bit, compared to me your a noob..... and i have about 8k less then you but i could still beat you stop talking down to xavier your a noob for thinking its all about points
