Hey Dudette, I started on DnD. I happen to like the system, because it's fairly rule based and somewhat fun.
*Cough.*
In any case it gives me background core stuff for the RPing I do online. I can reference rules and effects and such to come up with something plausible. Then, when I want or need to add or change something, I can with ease.

I don't remember any instances of balefire being used on a barrier, but theoretically if it hit the same it might erase it from existance as well?
Course, Hessie would probably die doing that... But still.
She can't die though, she has to live long enough for me to smack her. Human style. heart

If Mastema makes me make the Balefire attack a god-slayer instead of an ace attack I'm going to negate the potential self-kill effect. Only reason why I had it there was to balance it's strength, but if I'm going to have to pay a ton of MP to cast it I'm not going to include suicide to the payment cost of that attack.
