I was thinking Switzerland.
I want a tank. And I can own one there! 3nodding
Plus, they speak english, french, german, and spanish there, along with having a near perfect 0% crime rate.
And, if I need to go anywhere in Europe, its just a few hours drive away. Paris today, Rome tomorrow!

Hmmm. not a bad suggestion. though you can also legally drive a tank in england and at the same time be in the center of the international arms Black Market while being surrounded by pubs.
