Yesterday sucked so much. I had to work for ten and a half hours for minimum wage, while myco-worker didn't show up, the freezers broke down, and Ice-Cream eating Hippies totally blocked the walkway to the ice machine and dumpsters, making even the most simple activity a lesson in painful detours. Also, the stupid Ice Cream Hippies wouldn't stop singing about the joys of anarchy! Anarchy is ok in small doses, but not in non-stop hippie song form!

Except two things:
1) A moff is not an actuall "military" rank. It is like a baron, a political leader who uses executive jurisdiction over a formalized battle group. You can't be promoted to moff, I guess is my point.
2) I dont' approve of things in the OGG. You have to get it cleared via Cale.

Moff is the supreme force, but politically and militarily in a given sector. They can order everything lower-ranked than a High Admiral around, as well as also receiving precendce over High Admirals. In fact, the High Admiral exists ONLY in areas of intense rebel activity (like the siege of Yavin), otherwise the Moff was the supreme military force there, even if they didn't know an E-11 from a DC-17.

Just like I bolded. Its like the president or governer. Not necessarily a military member, but has control over the armies or state guards.
