Waynebrizzle Trenn Flashkill [Kegan] Every MMO should have a weekly event where everyone of every level and class from the server gets together to defend the city from an army of monsters. Every MMO Here are my three MMO commandments... AKA, the "ABCs of Why I don't play MMOs" list. A) It should deliver you to interesting destinations, and you should have to work to get to them, not to get out of them. B) Spoils should be given is such amounts that you will be able to outfit your character in whatever armor is standard, simply by completing the same challenges required to progress in the game. C) Allow great amounts of customizability. As an extension of your person, it's kinda important that it represent YOU. When I become an ideas guy for Nintendo, I'm gonna take them massive. Like Ultima Online. That was the perfect MMO ever created. There was literally no grinding because your skills and stats naturally got better as you roamed the world, galavanting at your leisure. No game has ever captured that sense of open adventure since UO. So do they increase depending on how far you travel or do they just get a boost whenever you enter a new area? I don't get it. Stats and Skills have a chance of increasing when you do activities that involve them. Stabbing s**t with a sword? Your swordsmanship and STR have a chance to increase a small percent. Casting magic? Your INT and mage skill have a chance to increase. What made it great was that your stats and skills never stopped you from going or doing whatever you wanted whenever you wanted. So by the time you've had a bunch of adventures, your abilities were leveled pretty decently. And magic gear was hard to get. Most people had shitty, replaceable gear anyway since someone could jump you and rob you naked at any time.

Sometimes I think I'm scared of the Spam Can. I'm pretty sure this is my fourth post inside of it since I joined the guild.
It's purely because the ******** thread moves too fast-> so many people post in it, and all the time, so I can never seem to keep up with the current conversation, or any replies to anything I might say.
For instance, right now, I'm posting this in here because I have a few seconds and it seems calm. However, shortly I have to leave for a double-shift at work, and I won't be home for 13 hours. I highly doubt I'll be able to track any responses to this after that.
So, really, I don't even know what I'm doing here. Maybe illustrating a point. Maybe being an a**. Maybe I'm just lonely.

But besides that it's active towards the middle of the night as well. Summer and all that.

Also, crafting in games... Logically the number of craft-able items should outnumber the number of raft supplies. In FFXI every goddamn thing had some sort of obscure item that had to be harvested from some out of the way ******** nowhere zone, every hour on the hour for like 4 days before you could craft enough to get to the next level of ridiculous bullshit.
It was just silly.
