I studied it.
step 1: Duct tape to chair.
step two: fillet bucket with water, put feet in.
step 3. stuff socks in mouth, duct tape them in place, leave one edge of sock loose
step four. hook cable to sock, and other end to car battery.
step five. use elctric shocks to first break the will, then to enforce that someone gets all A grades.
breaking the will of non military personel is probably very fast, as they are not trained in anyway to expect anything of the sort, ever.

Public speaking, lots of example with the substantial parts of info throw in.

skim the examples.
I would be fine with just chapter summeries and skimming the examples.
It really depends though on the style you are tested.
