Kama: Sice there are so many clan techs I'm assuming people must join to use them. Was that your plan or was that merely an added bonus?

if someone wants to edit the villages and put some techs that were left out in it here's a guide to all of the jutsu's mainly that are in the show....

I would rather not just yet since I am not sure they are all that good and was more to help him think of some more stuff.
