Hello! I thought about having the Guild Crew send out a Guild Announcement but, since I only really want to talk to the this lovely group of people I figured I would just Quote you instead. That way I don't clutter up non-involved people's Notices. Pay attention! This is important. For reasons that I do not feel free to discuss as it's not my business to discuss Feiyimei is no longer role-playing with us. At least to me this is saddening but, they have to do what is best for them and, I wish them the best of luck. This means that I am now in charge of running the role-playing for most Arrancar. I hope to fill the shoes of our wonderfully departing leader with grace and confidence and, ask that you wish me luck in what is sure to be a brilliant adventure. For our first event under the new regime I am calling a Meeting of all Arrancar currently working for Las Noches so that way the new Cera can inform them of the changes to both Las Noches and Hueco Mundo. This meeting will take place in the Espada Council. I would ask that if you do play as a member of Las Noches you post at least one post in the Meeting by 03/20/2015. That is one week from today. If you do not post by that time I will be sending you a PM wondering why you have not. I will be posting as the Ternary in this meeting later tonight if you would like to wait for the new Cera to get there before posting. Finally, the below is an In-Character Information Blur, hence the italics. Since the transition of power happen in relative privacy this is most likely what your character is aware of. Once more I look forward to role-playing with you all in this new capacity. If you have any question please feel free to ask.
From Cillian Folamh's Laboratory a series of Spiritual Pressures could be felt. They told an expected story. Marta Nicole Earthbound, leader of the Ternary, could be felt having a meeting with the Cera. Many Arrancar tried to find Corrona Blanca, the Primera, but could not find her. Few Arrancar bothered to wonder why that was. It didn't concern them and, besides the answer came soon enough. A cascade of Spiritual Pressure over came Las Noches and when it was clear enough to read it was obvious that the Ternary, once the Quinta and her Faccion, had now become the Primera. Soon however an increase in the Cera's Spiritual Pressure emerged as well. The masses knew that the Primera and Cillian were about to do battle. The quick witted knew only one would emerge alive. The confident bet on the Cera. Th risk takers won the bet. A mere few seconds after Cillan's Release his Spiritual Pressure had vanished like a candle that had been extinguished in one breath. A few seconds later Marta Nicole once again release her Spiritual Pressure. This time it was simply massive as it combined the strengths of three Espadas into one victor. The self-proclaimed Cera has called a meeting, perhaps to discuss the rather rapid events of the day. It is unknown what will happen to Las Noches now. However the fallout of these occurrences is sure to be legendary.

She will be greatly missed, and I wish you all the luck my dear. Things in Hueco Mundo are going to be interesting......I hope.

Is this a long, temp, absence or a perma absence? If perma that really sucks as she was a great RPer and was very respectable. Interested in the future of things now.

Thank you for your well wishes. I actually have a slightly selfish request to make of you. I notice that you have an Arrancar you don't use. Would you mind scraping her and making a new Espada? We only have five Arrancar players right now so the roster is pretty thin. The choice, of course, is yours.

Would you mind scraping her and making a new Espada? We only have five Arrancar players right now so the roster is pretty thin. The choice, of course, is yours. She's actually the go between ,Jig's arrancar and the fullbringer group right now her powers were sealed by shinigami so she's at lieutenant strength And unless she gains power through the rp can'thave aanother strong RPC as I've Nanashi (who is returning to the seireitei) and Jasmine (gotta get back to that)

Yeah and as for my arrancar if you found her and offered her a better offer than the her current master she's likely to join you. She sees herself as a flame to be used by the strongest and whoever feeds her the most is who she falloqs
