Well once I go rogue feel free to discreetly pass money my way to create interesting scenarios. I'm pretty sure I can come up with ways to add conflict here and there without actually having to get my hands personally dirty. Little things like subtle mind control to start a fight.... On that note I just thought of a tech to make after the exams. I'm gonna see if I can't tweak a mind control tech to let me make people start fights with others and think it was their own idea or that it was deserved just for sh*ts and giggles when I'm bored. How better to start a war than mind control one party to tell off another or start a brawl?

Roflmao, Me pay you? Your rich a**. Lol, I've been trying to cause rifts between people in the sand village, already got the majority of the village to mistrust one of them when someone else is really the bad seed =O
If you mind control them, using the effect of course, you'd be controlling the character. Now a basic jutsu that does that RPically, yea once you hit them with the tech they'll have to follow that notion. Of course it'd be sorta like an inception(Great movie, plan to make some techs based off it myself) ruling, you plant an idea, very simple in concept, deep enough in their mind and it'll develop in them. The end effect may not be what you want exactly but will be around that structure =O

Yes, I know quite a few ways to manipulate but the trick is to do it smoothly. For that matter there's always the option to abduct someone, use transformation to copy them, and cause havoc from the inside while the true person is away then go free them and use a tech to fudge their memories before sending them back to be put to the inquisition.
What a show, the inquisition, here we go.

You can always help them get through to the base, but when it comes to taking down the mark, fall back and "get lost" or something.

Or I can go for more humerous approaches that involve following the rules in a literal sense. Like maybe cut off all the dog's legs but heal the stubs so it isn't actually dead. Or maybe leave one leg just to see how it gets around. Then use allies as shields for the traps, use big moves to try and help 'disarm' traps but really just cause lots of destruction, etc. I'm gonna think on it a bit and get back to everyone. Probably tomorrow.
