Cody had caught up to the group just in time to hear the proposal by Steven. He didn't say anything, but instead, continued walking.

"...yes! I will!" Lanette finally said. The two stood up straight and hugged. Steven's Aggron smiled and clapped.
Those words were the only thing Ike caught as he came in ear shot of the group, and knew what just happened. The two had been hitting on each other the whole week Ike had spent with them. This might not of been the best time to go off on Ginji, so Ike just stood back and watched.

Sammy began clapping a bit after Lanetter agreed. She didn't knew if she should, but, what the heck.

"I guess this causes for celebration." Ginji smiled as he looked at his watch. "And it's almost dinner time isn't it..." he sighed, perhaps a fancy meal was in order.

Maddy walked away from the group and headed towards the cave exit, not exactly in the most cheerful mood. Once outside, she found a rock to sit on and just looked up at the sky, not really knowing how she felt. "..."

Steven and Lanette smiled back at the team, and the two walked by everyone, not forgetting to grab the samples they wanted first! Pokemon in the cave were no longer a bother as they started to lead the group out of the cave. Ike nodded to them both as they walked by, and stood leaned up against the cave wall as Aqua started to make their way past as well.
