Meh,
Basics Have 5 points to them.
So if you limit them to say Lightning/Genjutsu
those +5 points could be turned around into a +20 to let's say Awareness.

+1 for no limitation(s)
+3 for one limitation(s)
+4 for two limitation(s)
Depending on how the Effects are those five points could be useful.

Okay; last question [I think]
"Normal Jutsu" - how does learning them work if its not taught by a PC and is a part of the Normal Thread; and is there a level limit when learning Normal Jutsu? -didnt see the latter-

Note however that higher level Jutsu cost more chakra / fatigue to use. Some effects are also limited by your stats, for example a very high level damage jutsu used by a low level character would eliminate a lot of their chakra and likely not do it's full damage nor have it's full accuracy because of the weaker characters stats. (again this can be found in jutsu creation, some limits are just on the effects themselves including healing, protection, damage, accuracy, etc). Other than that you can still learn any jutsu you want. To learn normal ones you can just rp with an NPC any reasonable amount. To learn from another player (ie once of their customs) they must rp teaching a jutsu to you.

XxDevilStrigerxX [ Mikaru ] Well for the Lina I made everything but the Gloves and boots, and even then I added onto them to make them more character accurate.
For Schrodinger I only Altered the top and made the sleeves shorter, as well as assembled the belt strap and shoulder things xD You better have not made your dearest mother pay for all that 0.o!
Lol, I did hear about you having a job, I hope that's where the income came from, but it's none of my business lol...honestly.
It's a nice Cos play, I was looking on yahoo.....and oMG E3....pictures were up....some Fat Kid was dressed up like the wrestler from STreet fighter Alpha.....the Russian guy.... My eyes burned the entire night ....the picture was horrid....
Kinda. I haven't had a job since like Middle school lmao. But my family paid for everything I needed for Christmas presents c:

the RNG ain't fooled o 3o but if it makes you feel better.../
that's how you do it :3 the RNG knows I think 90+ should be better.
it appeases me with these rolls... that and it only gives me good rolls in comical situation(the bath house fight) 3nodding
