It was Hikari's first day in the okiya and she was really confused on what she was supposed to be cleaning. She looked around a spotted a broom leaning against the wall. Her eyes lit up and she quickly walked over and grabbed it. As she was sweeping she looked around and saw the other maids busy cleaning as well. She made sure that as she was cleaning she was staying out of the way of the other members of the okiya.

"what should i do first", Misaki whispered to herself. Looking around she saw another maid sweeping. "well i could sweep, but wheres a broom". A quick release of stress went away when she found one laying on the floor. Misaki thought maby it would be nice to ask the other maid if she didnt mind if she would sweep too, since we both are new and have never meet each other.
"um excuse me, do you mind if i sweep too"

Hikari looked up and saw a maid standing in front of her holding a broom. "Oh sure. I could use the help." She said with a friendly smile. "My name's Hikari, I'm new." She said as she continued to sweep.

((Gomenasai! I've had such a busy week that I haven't been able to post! *sigh*))
Airi saw Aki-chan and saw the girl leave, she streched her arms and yawned, "I'm going to sleep, goodnight Rikku-chan!"
*the next morning*
Airi woke up to a beautiful day, so she instantly went into the kitchen, and without even thinking about it; began to make breakfast for everyone.
She set the table for everyone and began to place the food down, before she raced out of the kitchen to get everyone before it chilled.
To the two new girls sweeping she stopped for a breif second and smiled, "Sorry to greet you so poorly, but breakfast is ready!"
She raced off to wake up her fellow maikos and the maids.
((I felt like I should catch up, hehehe!))

"Ahh good morning Airi-chan" Aki says with a smile.
I haven't seen you forever and a day it seems. Breakfast smells so good ^-^. We have gotten so many new maids and more maiko and geisha have returned. I am so happy.
(You weren't gone as long as me so don't worry. You kinda keep everything together I think ^-^)

"Thanks", she said with a soft smile. "My name is Misaki im fairly new too". Then she started to sweep.

"Well Misaki, I think we'll be good friends", Hikari said smiling. As she continued to sweep she noticed one of the maiko walking past. Hikari bowed at the maiko. "Thank you for telling us."

Rikku woke up and got changed into the plain blue maids kimono and obi then made her way to the entrance hall where she heard Airi calling that breakfast was ready and saw two girls she hadden't met before sweeping the floor. "Hi my name is Rikku i'm happy to see the okiya so full of life with all the new faces, including myself really." she said with a little giggle. "Why don't we go and take a seat in the kitchen?"

"I think that will be good", Misaki said smileing back.

"Hi Rikku, my name is Misaki. Ok i guess we can do that." Then her stomach started to grumble and was happy that Rikku offered for us to get some food
"So what about you Hikari you wanna go take a seat in the Kitchen?"

Hikari felt the emptiness inside her stomach. "Yes, lets go get some breakfast. I am so hungry." She set her broom against the wall because she was to return to finish her job once she was done eating.

"Great lets get some food", and just as Hikari she sat her broom down and headed for the kitchen.

Hikari sat down on her knees at the table and waited for everyone else to gather around before she began to eat. "So Rikku how long have you been at the okiya?" She asked trying to start a little small talk while she waited for everyone else to get there.

Sitting down at the table Misaki simply just listen to the small talk Rikku and Hikari were makeing.

"Oh I just got here last night," she said. "So far I'm liking it very much. Misaki when did you arrive here at the okiya?" Hikari picked up her chopsticks and started eating her bowl of rice.
