Maybe if you're fireing a .454 or a .44.

The .44 wouldn't be as harsh as a .50, but still... and the .454?! Forget about it. Might as well just sign into ER before hand as you'll most assuredly have a dislocated shoulder. More specifically the .454 LC. Most powerful bullets to date if I'm not mistaken.

No it's not the LC's anymore, I don't think so anymore. S&W came out with a new, more powerful, bullet. Had to make a bigger gun to just hold it too. It's like an X-Frame magnum and it fires BIG bullets, big as they come without becomeing illegal.

That's about all I know on the subject whee *end attempts to look smart*
