If exoskeletons were os great, how come bugs eat each other so easily?
Aurah, if a rune mage were to cause a serge in another rune mages runes, ie, force to rune to use a lot more energy, would that harm the defending mage?
Secondly, have any rune mages ever died throught out Andalian history?
Three, do they store dead souls in stones/storage devices?
Four, WHich gods are prevalient on rune mage planet?

You little info digger.
1. In a sense it could. If the rune is scribed by the defending one (a) and then the other (b) altered the rune to make it put out more performance it may draw on the original scribers (a) energies since that is what the rune is composed of.
In the same stroke, it may not. Depends on skill level as well. Skill level is a big factor in rune mages, seeing as it deligates what they can and cannot do.
2. Of course they have silly.
3. They can but it's not everyday practice.
4. Rune mage is class, so Gods are more race/culture oriented. Aka it doens't matter. Like Sev is always taking his sayings in Vharaen.

No, I would have asked you greater detail in how to create one.
Which isn't such a bad idea anyways; since I am very curious about how jedi like the rune mages actually are. So far, The y have shown that they use the force through runes, which can increase their combat ability, their physical durability and enable them to manipulate the physical and mental world.
The only difference I see is that the jedi don't kill themselves if they use too much power (and the whole 'rune' thing), as far as I know, Gorge Lucus is pretty random at times and very inconsistant with how powerful jedi are, for example, little Jason Solo is able to fight with the same proficiency as Darth Maul because of Luke's ability to manipulate the force. But that is more of a personal curiosity, because I like learning about new classes. Even though they are mostly garbage that should never see the light of day, I do read the prestige class books Wizards of the coast produce in order to get our money. ^^
Jarlaxle has been thinking non-stop about how to kill Sevilin. He came up with the theory that if Sevilin uses too much power, he will cause internal disfunctions. The nose bleed and the fact it annoyed Sevilin led him to that conclusion.
I have the vauge understanding of that becuase Sevilin almost killed himself with energy use in th Lich's lair, if I recall correctly.
Plan one is to get rune magic enchanted swords to cause serges.
Plan two is to get rune magic enchanted swords to cause rune failure/destruction.
Plan alpha is to see if rune mages are immune to all sorts of non-rune magics.
Plan beta is to see if rune defense stop non-rune magic swords that normally bipass defenses anyway.
Plan a and b requires the souls of rune mages.

Well, they have to have a draw back because they're power is so rather up there and if you don't have one to your name, you have to be able to keep them from being gods unto themselves.
Oh believe be though, Sevilin has come nowhere near close to killing himself. Nosebleeds are just a tiny irriatation from his quick push and push hard style. He's not ignorant to them though. It takes a long time to get runes to turn on thier caster and they have to be constant.
Would you like me to blow holes in your plans and point out the impossibilites now or later?

I am aware of how unkillable Sevilin is to me. Doesn't mean that I should RP my character wrong and not try. ^^
Besides, I don't think you realize how I was planing on making the swords function. There is no way a non-rune profficient person could actually make a wepon like that, if they are even possible without my method. ^^
