Rintala Twilight Justice I don't know whether it's the fact that I just don't like the topic of these jokes or, what's more likely, just the fact that they're bad jokes in any event. Which ever is the case let's please end that line of jokes here stare We've had it before and I don't think I need to tell you what happened to the last person to do it, since when that guy made the jokes 9 was in charge. That's kind of a paradoxical statement, if you think about it. A captain not reading the posts in one of the most used threads in a guild to screen it for questionable or out of the question content. Yeah, kind of a fat chance that I won't read at least a few of them. I'm just asking you to stop there. It's old, been done before, and I'd like not to deal with it again. Probably some oddness here, but keep the grotesque stuff to the IC. OOC shouldn't be held up with it.

I'm not simply talking about right now, if you care to listen a little more interpretively. Just because you said one more now doesn't mean they wouldn't make a come back later.
You're damned right I'm holding it up, intentionally so, so that it doesn't happen again. If turning it into a big issue is what I have to do to get my point across then I'll quite well do it.
Now if you'll just keep your dead baby fetishes to the IC, we'll all be much happier. That way we end the issue here and you dont' get any more annoyed than you already are at me not relenting on the issue.

I'm not annoyed, Twilight, infact I'm quite the opposite.
I find it fairly amusing that you rule this guild on preference. You don't like it so you restrict it. You don't want it to happen you GM your way out of it. Being a captain does have it's perks, wouldn't you say? Not a whole lot of people can really do anything but sit here and bicker about what you do. Now if you want this issue to keep growing then, by all means, go ahead and keep finding new things for me to respond too. All you're doing, as far as I'm concerned, is getting me gold, so I'm in no way annoyed.
Oh and you can't really listen over a text based site, can you?

Listening tends to be used in more metaphorical sense recently.
The biggest perk is that, do or don't, I have the ability to make a difference, where as everyone else seems to complain and do little else.
Also, I'm not doing it just for my preference, Rintala. I happen to know a good lot in the guild hardly appreciate those kinds of jokes, at least in the OOC.
But I digress, this is an old argument and Kobei pretty much said it straight out.

The simple fact is he's the Captain and it's his duty to interperet what is acceptable and what isn't. TJ is a very leaniant as far as I've seen, letting alot of things slide. However, he feels talking of dead babies and the like is over the line and he has every right to do so. Hence the "Captain" title.
The Gaia moderators do read the guilds on occasion if you haven't noticed.
He said stop so stop. Don't agree with it, then here's your walking papers...

You know what sucks? Working in a chicken factory. I mean, poor chickens. Actually, it's kind of funny. We have to stuff like, 50 of them in a cage. It's whacked, but I found a big possom one time. That was cool. And it pays like, 10 dollars an hour, which is..alright.
Anyhow long story short, I don't want to go to work there ever again.
