There way someone chasing after him, that was for sure. But Jake knew if he stopped to turn around he'd be hit by whatever the creature was throwing. For the moment all he could do was run, and pray he could find someplace safe. Quickly he ducked into the next corridor and made a dash for a nearby open door, the girl in his arms crying her eyes out, 'Everything will be alright.'

Ryuu rushed after the boy. He held his dagger tightly in his right hand, and pointed it towards the boy as if to stab him. His wings flapped furiously at the thought of blood. "Stop running." Ryuu said in a gentle voice. "I won't hurt you. I just want to see the girl for a moment."

Jake heard his words but something about them resounded falsely. He was brought to that place for a reason, and he was sure this was not it. Shifting the girl into his left arm, he grabed onto the door frame and swung into the building. Jake placed the girl softly on the ground, then ran back to the door. As he went to close it, the Fallen angel's face appeared before him.

Miyuki flew down near Lidi, she felt no need to save the boy or become intertwined in anymore familiarities with anyone else. She had already had her fill for the week, first the angel and the little green girl. She laughed at her own thoughts. She watched the quarrel from a short distance away. Why did he want that little girl so bad. Probably trying to get to me... She growled, no one was going to get inside her head, not in this battle. One little girl was just an equal to any other little girl in the city.
So she can give you candy when you trick-or-treat.

.Forever... Lidi watched the fiht take place and she was surprised when Ryuu flew down after Jake. She glanced back to Jake when a large gust of wind came by and she had to close her eyes. When she looked again, she saw the back of Damien and Ryuu chasing after Jake, all while fighting in mid air. She glared after them, they were now too far away for her to do anything. She felt another breeze and looked over to see Miyuki land beside her.
So far she hadn't said anything about how she had defended her and Lidi wondered if she was annoyed at her for defending her, or she just didn't listen. In any case, Lidi sighed and looked back towards where Jake had run off to. "I don't think Damien will be able to handle Ryuu on his own. And I doubt Jake will be able to either." She looked back to Miyuki. "I'm following them." She paused and slightly smiled, "Wish me luck." Then, she ran off. Miyuki maybe didn't care if she went off or not, but Lidi felt as though she needed to tell her since she was obviously kin to Ryuu, in one way or another. As well, she couldn't allow Ryuu to kill anyone who piqued Lidi's interest. Right now, she wanted to find out why Jake and everyone else seemed so familiar.
It may have been at the point where Jake had shoved the little girl into a building when she started off. She could sense Ryuu and the smell of blood coming off of him helped as well. Lidi ran as fast as she could, hoping that she could get to Jake before he took serious damage. She doubted that he could defend himself very well against a vampire with countless daggers at their disposal. She turned around a variety of corners, praying that she would come in time. ...Together.

Ryuu glared at the boy, and threw the dagger he held at him. Hopefully, it would either hit his face, of at least wedge between the door and the door frame. He flapped furiously after his dagger. His eyes started to reden, and his mouth started to water as he thought of the girl's blood.

Quickly, Jake attempted to close the door. He slammed with all his might, but still something kept it open slighty. Jake motioned for the little girl to run up the stairs as he pressed against the door, and she obeyed. When he could no longer hear her steps, the teenager loosened his grip on the door and made a grab for the dagger. the only weapon he would have to defend himself with.

Ryuu glared at the door as it shut. He quickly tucked his wings and arms in towards his body. He grabbed a dagger, and held it before him as he slammed into the door at full speed.

(Dude might wanna write more, don't wanna get in trouble)
As soon as he had grabbed the dagger, another seemed to burst threw the door above his head. Had he not bent down it would as surely killed him. The door now shut, Jake clicked the lock, knowing it was not the greatest distraction. The door now secured, Jake made a dash up the stares to where the little girl was now huddling with an elderly woman. "It'll be alright, I promise I'll protect you." 'What am I talking about, if that guy comes up here I'm dead.'

Miyuki winced as she watched Ryuu and Damien fight. She almost reached out to stop Lidi from going after then but thought better of it. In the urge to save Ryuu, she tried to devise a plan to save Ryuu and the angel but was failing miserably. Then she flapped her wings swiftly, lifting herself into the air so she could get a bird's eye view. It would be easier to think with the wind sifting through her wings to calm her.
So she can give you candy when you trick-or-treat.

Ryuu, charging at the door at full speed, came to a dead halt before it. He glared at the wood irratabley with his crimson red eyes. He looked up to spot a window on the second floor. A smile slowly made its way across his face as he flapped his wings. He took flight, and hovered in front of the window. His dark wings covered the ends of the window, now letting any light in as he smashed the window with his foot. Now, where is that little girl?

All during the time with Jake, Ryuu and the door, Lidi had somehow caught up to them. She was probably only a few more minutes away, but a few more minutes meant everything. She sprinted, turning around another corner just in time to see the door slammed shut and Ryuu outside. She took a deep breath as she slowed down to keep herself from running straight into Ryuu and watched as he took flight and moved around to the other side of the house. She bit her lip, really wishing she could fly or something. She looked around for a window on the first floor and, after running around to the other side of the building, smashed through it with her shoulder and ran upstairs. Hopefully she made it up there before Ryuu did. ...Together.

Ryuu turned his head slowly at Lidi's voice. He shifter his body so he was more comfortable facing her, and facing the window. His eyes glowed red, as he pulled out 5 daggers and threw them at Lidi. He tensed his wings, getting ready to jerk out of the way if he had to. He made sure to listen to the inside of the building, just in case if the boy decided to attack.
