"Giving up would mean dying. I can die and not see at least what I sacrificed everything for come to happen." she wasn't sure how to phrase the next thing she wanted to say. Cloud and Quin were both by the beach, lying there drunk, and she had no time for games as she only had one hour before she became the Morrigan. I'll be sure to buzz them when I turn into it she thought with a smile "Rivven, I don't think now would really be that good a time to go swimming. Is there anywhere else? Your room or something? Besides, we've jst eaten..."

"Oh. I'd forgotten that, yes. I'm sorry, why don't we go there then." He said, smiling apologeticly, and ignoring the drunk individuals. Quintilius. Later I have to have a word with him, ask if he was the one who- no. No good would come of that, if anything it would just make me angry and more suspicious. I can't believe I'm letting myself get jealous of some guy I probably don't know who slept with her. It doesn't mean anything. She wasn't herself then, and I only want to have her, not her body. I have no reason to be jealous. He felt like an idiot for having to tell himself that.

So if you have second thoughts and want to turn back, then I can make a detour for the school and just stay there." she replied, trying to see if she could tell what was going through his head. Then wondering if she wanted to know.

"I'd rather go to your place. I don't know, it seems more like a home rather than a institution I think," she moved for his hand and held onto it, then nuzzled his neck a little.

Cloud followed him to the beach, keeping his hands in hers the whole time.
She laughed at his jigs along the way.
"Quite the dancer are we?"
She laughed as they reached the sand. She stared out into the horizon.
"I almost forgot how beautiful it was here."

Ban smiles over at her as he stops to gaze out at the sea, the sun still in the sky, but complimenting it all very nicely. He pecked her cheek and then slipped his hand out of hers to walk over towards a big rock where the waves where smashing up against. Well it didn't look so big in the water, but it was a good sized rock at least.

She smiled at the peck and watched him head to the rock.
"That's what you think." She called after him.
In one swift movement, she ran after him, takling him she landed with him in the water and popped her head up to take a breath.
"Gotcha."
She grinned

He didn't come up, and suddenly Cloud would feel her leg be pulled down, followed by the rest of her body. As she came down Ban winked at her and then pressed his lips to hers. He held it for only a moment and then moved away, back up to the rock. He climbed up it and stood atop proudly.

She smiled at him as she came back up. Making her way to the rock, she'd grab his hand and pull him down slowly.
Sitting next to him, she focused her gaze on the horizon.
After a moment's time, she kissed his cheek and pushed him back in the water, claiming the rock for herself.
She laughed as he came back up.

Ban came back up slowly, his eyes and nose the only things above water, in a line all the way around his head in any case. He looked up at her and his smile could be seen underwater. He then floated up and laid on his back in the water. He watched her and chuckled. "Enjoying yourself Cloud?"

She smiled at him.
"Hmm..maybe."
She grinned and slipped in the water, treding next to him.
She took some of the water in her mouth and fountained it at him, hitting him the chest.
"How about yourself?"

Ban moves down a bit and smiles at her. He tilts his head a bit and watches her for a moment. "Yeah...I am." He then moves forward pressing his lips to hers. His hands pulling her close despite the water. They would slowly fall into the water, and then he would swim with her back toward the shore. Ban grinned slightly and pulled her down ontop of him as he kissed her again, his arms wrapped around her as he pulled her close to him.
It moved quickly, things blurred and actions happened, and then in the heat of it all, something shattered, and her vision broke apart like a window or a mirror. Suddenly she was laying on the beach staring at the sky, Ban leaning back on his arms nearby. He looked down at her and smiled softly. "Have any good dreams lately? One minute...of the worst nightmares, or the best dreams you'll ever have. A handy trick don't you think?..."

Cloud gave him a blank, confused look.
"Perhaps."
She nodded and raised her hand to stroke his cheek.
"But it doesn't just have to be dreams."
She gave him a kiss on the lips and smiled, looking into his eyes. There was something behind them, but what it was, she couldn't figure out.

Ban smiles softly and gently kisses her lips back and watches her. "Hmmm...I see. You're very cute Cloud." He smiles softly and lays down on the ground staring up at the sky with thoughts roaming about his mind. "What do you think about stars Cloud? Any opinion on them?"
