XxfushigipinayxX The Manda Takiko-chan I can't believe you stopped reading it because of a girl who beat her dog. Well, you should resume your reading, because it's a REALLY good manga. Also, the girl will feel really bad for beating her dog later and will cry about it. And they will explain why she used to beat her dog. Yea no kidding, go back and read for yourself... I can't say I liked the fact that she beat her dog either but, it works out in the end. And there's a really GOOD reason why Tooya is as he is, but you have to READ THE ENTIRE SERIES! To get to it. I'm not about to tell y'all. seriously...to spoil the rest of the series would require a huge white post in the middle of this sticky xp poor mamoru though...i wish i had a puppy as faithful as that but im not allowed to have any pets stare Actually to spoil the main point of the whole series would take only a few sentences ^^ Everything else is just side stuff.

i know, but then you get all into it and you wish you could tell the person every little detail xp (thats just me anyway) then after a while you just wanna yell and hugh the person saying, "hurry up and buy the darn thing already! scream xd heart " ok maybe not stare (<--ate some chocolate two minutes ago while watching sailor moon for the first time in a year eek )

I've realized that watching the Ceres anime, makes me angry.
I dislike Aya's english voice actress. Also, Aki...and the sweater, it makes me want to cry ;___;. I'm only up to right before he becomes Shiso though, hopefully they will provide him with a wordrobe change. Also, Tooya, and the belly shirt. Do they ever take him out of the belly shirt? Through the manga, I always considered him quiet masculine, but the anime...makes him seem so...girly.

Huh...I haven't watched the anime but I can get it...but I really like tthe manga....I've only read up to book 9 however...I was actually only supposed to read up tp 8 since I didn't have the money to buy the 9th one but after I read the 8th book it left me hanging so much that I through a mini fit sweatdrop . My dad came in and bought the book just so I think I would shut up about how it wasn't fair they stopped like that.

volume 9 was the most painful ending for me because the way its ended is just way too sad. volume 8 was surprisingly the most fun because me and my friends (the few into AnC and 1 of whom actually moved) kept trying to guess why miori changed into a ceres lookalike heart the most annoying one though was way back in volume 3 (i think) having toya leaving off saying he doesnt care about anything makes you just go, "........WHAT THE HECK???" or it does for me anyway since im eccentric like that xp

oh, return of the questions: (just one) i already know who toya really is thanks to spoilers and my easily-tempted brain but if it just took 10 days (was it 10?) for him to grow that much, and he met aya when she was...i forget. about 4 or so? really young is all i know and remember. but my question is whether aya's in fact, older than toya. did they ever specify how long toya lived on the island before meeting "child aya?"

My understanding is that the Hogoromo chooses the perfect matches men-wise for tennyos. So, I'm guessing the hogoromo made him into a perfect match for the reincarnated Ceres.
As for his age, I don't think it could be figured out. He was about the same age and appearance now, as he was when he met Aya as a little girl.

Especially considering that Aya's going to get older and even if he lived that long I doubt he would age. So the Hagoromo created him for her knowing that he would be around for a good few years and then pop off once he returned the Hagoromo to Ceres.
