Chii fidgeted the second Josef said her name... He probably scared her more than Demitrious did... only because of the fact that he hurt WAY WAY worse. He made Demitrious look like a pansy... Either way, they were inhumanely strong... And either way she did not like being around either one of them... Josef looking at her just made her want to crawl underneath a rock and hide (and probably never come out).
However, much to her dismay, she really had to be here. Ketki, Zuni, and Demitrious were literally all here on cots at the exact same time... She especially wanted to make sure that Josef didn't start creeping on Ketki the most... Maybe she was a monster too now, but... she didn't have to act like one. Learning from Josef was probably the fastest way to start acting evil...
She exhaled, trying to calm herself down. Her tail squirmed between her legs, too scared to even look at him, much less respond. Chii hated being rude, but she would probably lose her bladder again if he got too interested in her again. So she pretended like she hadn't heard him, and gently touched Ketki's forehead. And then she suddenly jumped when she heard Zuni scream.
WHOA. She hadn't heard a scared scream out of Zuni once since meeting her. And she had seen Zuni get the utter living piss beat out of her many, many times over by this point in time. If she wasn't scared of Demitrious or Josef, what on earth could have made her make such a sound.
"A... Are you okay, Zu-Zu-Chan?" Chii whimpered out, sincerely worried for the kitny.
Of course she's not okay... why did I ask that I'm such an idiot!
She pretended like nothing happened. Period. Not talking about it. Hell, she wasn't even going to so much as acknowledge it.
"I-I'm fine." Her back was still facing them, but it wasn't like it mattered anyway since she was blinder than a bat. "How is Ketki?"

Ketki had been awake for a few minutes, and tried to go back to sleep, but that didn't really work... She finally opened her eyes, and sat there for a moment, just staring at the wall. Demitrious was there, along with Zuni and Chii. Not to mention Josef being his creepy, cheerful self.
Is Josef for real?! He was so delirious, that he mistook a guard for the king?! GOD, Josef PLEASE get some help.... She felt better then she did last night, but she wouldn't label herself as 'Fine".
" I feel better... " She replied, staring down at the floor beside her stretcher. At least the burning was gone, that was just hell. Scratch that, WORSE then hell. Chills? He was right, she did feel pretty cold... Ketki nearly jumped out of her stretcher when she heard Zuni scream. Wait, was she even sure that was Zuni? She had never even imagine Zuni being able to scream like that.
Something had certainly scared the hell out of Zuni, she didn't look okay either.... She looked between Chii and Zuni, before answering Zuni's question herself.
" I'm fine Zuni. " She replied in a semi cheerful tone. She needed to sound fine, and she felt okay otherwise probably being emotionally scarred.

"So, we are gonna have to start you out with packs of blood. Or you can consume small rats, or consume Cows. You have to consume blood from an animal or a human once a week before you start going 'hungry'. When you go hungry you go into a fit of bloodlust where any blood will suffice and attack anyone. I suggest you feast upon actual blood creatures once every three days."
He walked over to Ketki and pat her shoulder.
"You can also eat human food, but it wont give you as much sustenance, being a vampire you require life energy to maintain your.... immortality. Also, another point is that you can choose to allow your body to age should you wish it, it's up to you when and how, but you cannot reverse the process without consuming 1,000 souls."
The doctor looked over to Chii.
"You should be careful if you don't know how much she has consumed, you should try to keep it in check for her lest she attacks you in a bloodlust filled rage."
Josef sat down in his chair and looked back to his patient records.
"Zuni, could you be a dear and kiss me again?"

Ketki is fine. For now........
Zuni flat out ignored the male demon.
She kept her back facing them, and just stayed quiet. Nothing mattered really anymore... This world was f**ked. Josef did whatever he wanted to her. Demitrious even got to, which pissed her off even more. She was angry and bitter at the world and she was losing the energy to scream at it anymore.
F**k Josef. F**k Demitrious. Just f**k everyone and everything. She was getting tired. Being blind made the hope of escaping literally ZERO. She couldn't protect a pre-teen. She couldn't protect Chii. She was completely useless.
Zuni knew what the answer to most of her problems was: drinking blood. If she consumed enough, it would easily heal her eyes completely back like nothing ever happened. She would be even more powerful than Demitrious, if she wanted to drink that much. She could easily tango with either male, and probably win. Hell, she could easily escape this place without being seen, too...
But she wouldn't. She absolutely refused to be exactly like her father. She would rather rot in this f**king hell every day for the rest of her life than ever even consider it.
So she was stuck here. Blind. Sickly. And just downright weak. There was nothing she could do besides the one thing she refused to resort to.
What was the friggin' point of anything anymore?
Chii let go of Ketki and took a step back. She wasn't really sure if Josef was kidding, or if he meant it... but it sounded like a real possibility, so she backed completely away now. Zuni looked like she could use a hug anyway, so she crawled into her cot and laid down next to her, cuddling up against her back and closing her eyes.
Poor Zuni...

"Oh did you know Chii? Zuni is a demon under the classification of 'High Demon'. Same rank as Demitrious. Same exact powers. You know, the soul touching and what not. She could actually grab ahold of my soul if I wasn't careful and bring me to my knees."
He started laughing and slapped his knee.
"As if THAT will ever happen, not in a million years."

Everything hurt. It hurt. So much, every bone in my body hurt. I can't wake up why can't I wake up I feel so drained why am I so drained I hurt I hurt let me out let me out let me out. LET ME OUT LET ME OUT LET ME OUT
The prince started groaning on the bed, barely moving.

Zuni still didn't respond, the only sign of even being awake she gave at this point was the slight prickling of her fur the second Chii cuddled up against her backside.
WHAT EXACTLY WAS CHII DOING-???????
Chii felt the flitter of nervousness creep back up into her chest. Wait.. Zuni... Zuni really was a demon, too, but not just any, one of Demitrious' caliber? She felt a shiver run down her spine. Zuni.... could do the kinds of thing Demitrious did? Really? It was kind of shocking...
But if that was true, why didn't she just... beat Demitrious, and they could have run? All this demonic stuff was.... very confusing. It was hard to imagine a demon with those powers reduced being a mere slave... Why-?
Her own fur prickled the second she heard Demitrious groan.
No no no no no no nonononononono please noooo-!
Chii whimpered to herself, cuddling up against Zuni tighter and hoping maybe he would stay asleep a while longer. She didn't want to go back to his room with him... alone...

"Why are you guys cuddling each other? Ketki is shivering because she's cold. She needs a 'mothers warmth'."
Josef got up and walked towards Ketki, petting her head.
"She needs love an affection, else she goes feral and becomes one of me! It will be like, the Verruckt club! Just two vampires vs the world! It would be GREAT."

But... But he literally just said Ketki would eat her from being a new born vampire and being too close!
WHICH ONE WAS IT-!? She didn't want to get eaten!!
She whined, completely confused and lost. All of this stuff was way too confusing... and Josef himself was extremely confusing...
"C-Comere." She squeaked out, a bit nervously, to Ketki. All three of them together should be safer, right? Win-Win.

Josef laughed and walked up to sit down with the three of them.
"See? This is the life, we are ALL."
He stretched his arm around them and brought them into a hug.

Ketki flinched slightly as she looked at his hand touching her shoulder. Would he STOP TOUCHING HER?! She would certainly avoid becoming hungry at all costs, so she would need to make it her top priority to have enough blood. She couldn't go around killing anything she sees, that would be REALLY bad...
Oh, she can change her age? That's certainly a good thing, well depends on if she wants to or not. Being older would be helpful, but she would miss out on 'growing up', and consuming 1,000 souls is certainly not an option. She can eat human food? Thank god for that! This didn't seem too horrible, minus the fact she had to consume blood...
Wait... was Chii afraid of her..? She would NEVER even think about doing that to her. Screw Josef for saying that to her. Could he stop messing with her?! Ketki felt a bit hurt, but she did realize to their eyes, she had literally become a monster.
She noticed some moving on Demitrious's bed. Oh? Was he waking up? Ketki smirked on the inside, hoping he REALLY hurt. That would be wonderful, top see that jerk in pain for once.
Zuni could beat Josef? What? What exactly had Zuni been doing this whole time?! Just letting them be abused?! No, there had to be a better reason then that...
Ketki flinched again as Josef places a hand on her head, petting it. Could ANYONE have the decency, TO JUST STOP TOUCHING HER?! She gave a frown, he was doing this all on purpose..... Trying to make Chii afraid of her....
Join him? Verreckt club.......? No.... Just no....
Ketki's ears perked up when Chii called her over. Was it really okay? She didn't want to scare Chii... She hesitantly crawled across her stretcher, and snuggled herself next to both of them. Might start teething?! What the hell was that supposed to mean?! She wasn't some stupid puppy constantly needing to chew on something! Screw him!!
Ketki pouted as he hugged all of them. Some family we have here...

It was difficult, but she kept her composure, only long enough to sit up, push Josef's hug away to release them all from it, and stand up.
F**k off. I don't want a family. None of you will ever be my family. I never want a single family member ever f**king again as long as I bloody live. WHICH IS FOREVER BY THE WAY.
Zuni thought to herself,, walking over to where she had memorized the tool table being, grabbing a random sharp scalpel, and using the wall to guide her back into Josef's room only long enough to lock herself in the bathroom for the next several hours.
F**k family.
Chii whimpered as Zuni silently shoved everyone away and left the room. Even if she couldn't see the upper half of Zuni's face... she could almost feel the complete and utter despair radiating off of her... Did she do something bad? Or was she just reading too much into it?
One thing was for sure though...
NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THE GIRLS WANTED TO BE IN JOSEF'S FAMILY.
And Zuni wanted to be alone, that was evident... so...
"A... Aahmn.... Is... Is there maybe a packet of blood.... Ketki can drink....?" That sounded REALLY weird to say... but a packet of blood sounded SO MUCH BETTER than the violent alternative...
"M-Maybe there is... a 'cook'book... of some kind.... I could cook something.... e-err... bloody... too?"
What in god's name was she even trying to say anymore, this stuff was too INSANE. But Chii was trying her absolute best to be helpful, even if she couldn't possibly understand.

Josef just stared at Chii, the very idea that blood be cooked for a vampire to consume was just.... Just.... SO FREAKING STUPID.
"Uh.... no. You don't cook blood for a vampire. That is just.... No. Just no Chii. I know you're trying to help, but no. NO.
He got up and walked towards the cupboard and opened it to reveal a bunch of blood packs.
"I blood let my victims and put them into bags just in case I get stuck down here and I can't feast."

She blushed a little. It wasn't that she cared about Josef's opinion really, but she realized ahead of time how stupid it sounded before she even said it.
"Aa... N-No... not cook, that wasn't the right word...." Chii bit her lip a little, trying to figure out the best way to say it...
"I-I just mean... that.... can't taste very good... f-for someone so new to it.... So I could mix it with s-something.... like.... sometimes, Demitrious.... I-I mean Master, he has me mix blood in with his wine.... like that..." That sounded even worse, now she was talking about giving alcohol to a pre-teen. "N-NOT wine in this case! I-I mean.... S... Something else.... to help.... mask the taste a little? Like... f-fresh chocolate, or...." SHE DIDN'T KNOW OKAY.
God was she a train wreck without Zuni here.
"But... But you hurt innocent people..! I don't think Ketki wants to be like that..." Not that she spoke for her, per-say, but being slaves now and all, and feeling how much suffering there was to be had here.... she HIGHLY doubted the neko girl wanted to indulge in blood from innocent victims.
"Wh... What about.... me? M-My blood.... can you take some of it out for her?"

Josef smiled and walked over to Chii.
"Well, with advances and breakthrough on blood extraction technologies, the only way I could get some blood is to blood let you. That REALLY hurts and could possibly kill you. You also don't want Ketki to have a taste of YOUR blood. It will be like... what is the food that is the most IRRESISTIBLE for you? Think of it like that but ONE HUNDRED TIMES WORSE."

That just sounded.... so..... gross.... What was the point of living eternally if it meant leeching the life out of other people..?
Chii paused, thinking about what he said, and getting a bit nervous now that he was walking towards her.
"U-Umn... but..." She rubbed Ketki's ears softly, trying to ignore him coming closer because all she wanted to do was run. "If... If that's true... then.... giving her that left over blood will only make her thirst worse because sh-she can't have that person's blood anymore... since... th-they're deceased... Wouldn't it... u-um.... m-make more sense... to have a living peron's blood... a-around whenever she needs it....?"
She had no idea how this stuff worked, but if she was following Josef's logic it would make sense using her would be the absolute best situation for Ketki. And that was her main focus.
She could potentially cut herself and bleed out a little each day to keep a constant stock pile. But she wondered if she could handle doing that, if Demitrious was always all over her... but the idea of hurting innocent people even more since now there was Josef AND Ketki... that just.... that was terrible....
"I-I'll t-take your word for it, s-sorry for asking..." She mumbled softly, looking at Ketki worriedly. The idea of someone so cute and fluffy drinking blood like a beast was.... unnerving.
