"Silly America-chan," Allan replied, being his usual smug self, "Bite is weak against electric attacks." It wasn't. "I know this because I just finished Pokemon X!" He hadn't. Simon had finished the game for him.

Allan picked up a few foxfires off the ground and added it to his one armed cuddle pile. A few of them had gotten a really nice piece of Edgar with their tiny little jaws.

What was happening? Edgar was beginning to feel very dizzy, and melodramatically wailed again when he found that he was accompanied by far too many biting creatures, with no idea how they got there.

"Oh, woe! The agony is too grand! I will surely die here! Save yourselves, my fairest maidens, so you may find love again!" He paused and swatted at a foxfire after it caused him to accidentally speak a very out-of-character 'ow'. "The new love will ne'er be as strong as mine, nay, but...may chance if you think of me fondly while you are with him..."

A Sun, excellent. "Yes, Milo is a delight to spar with," he informed Alistaire with a polite smile. "I urge you to see for yourself as soon as possible. Then, of course, we can have our second round," he added to Milo with a little more genuine sentiment. Frankly it seemed Jack was made to beat Suns so far (unless their name was Fini), and he wanted to see if he could keep up that record. "As far as your division is concerned, it's the easiest: front line offense."

Perfect test subjects.

He caught the movement out of the corner of his eye and glanced at the sudden herd of . . . whatever those specimens were called, he couldn't recall at the moment. "Here we have our possible party crashers," Jack stated like he would to a class. "Party crashers who are strangely enough able to exist without a constant resupply of Fear at that." Hmm.

Kostya stared at the fluffy things, and they stared back in tenfold. He sighed, but the warmth of joy had dulled his inability to function like a normal human being. Instead of recoiling away, it became a ten minute process to slowly reach out towards one and--

He pat it.

Huh.

Pulling one of the minipets closer, Kostya cradled it in his lap, and slowly, a thin smile broke out across his face. He had been playing hide and seek, and what he'd sought had been a minipet. Of course.

He emerged from beneath the table with a minipet under each arm, clutching them tightly, a broad smile on his face. They were, like, his armour, and he was the knight, shielded by their fluffy powers. Or something like that.

One of the many of the legion's eyes sparkled.

And then it bit Kostya. A second leapt up and bit him on the arm, and a third, and a forth, until a tiny neat row of fluffy hooded things had accosted both his arms.

The foxfire fell to the ground, a little yellow foot in it's mouth. As it pranced away victoriously several more eagerly took its place, soulless destruction glinting in their little black eyes.

"How 'bout we trade across, Allan? Edgar for the Pokemon. Pikachu doesn't have to die like this," America reasoned sweetly. "But that don't mean it won't."

Why was it that the women always fell for the animal's tactics? Sin swore, in every single movie, book, and reality that he had seen, they were always oblivious to the true nature of animals. "Come on Nevada. I'm always pleasant to women and children." He even had a stuffed animal from Saya in his room..

Sin knew, however, that was not a love n**. His hand still smarted from the bite as evidence. "But I guess that won't prevent me from killing a creature or two..?" There was no joking demeanor in his tone, unlike his usual carefree manner. That animal should really learn its place.. rather than ******** adorable like Nevada's view, it looked like the worst s**t ever in Sin's eyes.

Manly tears were rolling down Allan's eyes. He had his free hand clenched in a fist, and at this point if Edgar hadn't actually merged with the Sun lead's armpit, it was something of a miracle onto itself. "No," he whispered, "I believe in Pikachu-chan! Even if they pass away, Pikachu-chan will ascend the heavens! Fight on Pikachu-chan! I believe in you!"

The Sun lead paused. "Who's Edgar?" A lightbulb. "Is it a rare pokemon?"
