EDIT: Saw your kekkai genkai and I have to ask, isn't it overpowered that you are resistant to foreign chakra (strength) but foreign chakra is your weakness? The strength / weakness is the same xp

They are resistant to non-attached foreighn chakra. Such as if someone just says "Blast of chakra" or.. "Detacheable Rasengan* it would be dispersed. But if the chakra is attached to a limb then it may penetrate their resistance. So.. Normal Rasengan == hit. Detached Rasengan == Dispersed. Not saying this would happen, but using it as an example since everyone know what rasengan is.
Please try to read what's put on the kekkei genkai forum before coming to conclusions.

Okay. Help someone please. Can I have my char graduate the academy in a flash back or something because I seriously think trying to play an 11 or 12 year old, until I can graduate will kill me. Please if any of you have ANY pity, whatso ever, please help.

You are restricted to using Suna, Konoha, and Kiri, and I believe you can use the Closed Village's Country, Ie Rain Country. But you cannot enter Amegakure. Legato is from Ame I guess I will talk to Nara again unless Nara's permission I will keep it if he said no then I will move my thread in Ame to Closed Village's Country.
