Hi everyone! For privacy reasons, my name will remain anonymous, so just call me "musiknerd."
I am currently a sophomore in Music Education major (with voice and piano primaries) at Westminster Choir College (if you don't know it look it up).
I am a mezzo-soprano... I have been playing piano for 11 years, but I'm not really that great of a pianist. So I guess singing is my main thing. If I could do it over again, I would be a violinist. I picked up the violin in 10th grade, and I'm maybe at a late-beginner level.
I like all kinds of music, as long as it is quality music (not computer-altered voices and such). I try to find indie and lesser-known artists. I can only sing Classical stuff well, which is a disadvantage since current job opportunities in my life call for mainstream stuff.
I'm glad to be a part of this guild and collaborate with other wonderful musicians and music-lovers!!

I"m a perccussionist in the state of Florida who loves music.
I practice alot and hope to some day get my degree and become a director.
I also play trupmet cello piano, sing, and sometimes clarinet.

I play piano, violin and guitar 3nodding currently I think im best at piano, but would like violin to be my major instrument ^_^ I like Liszt and Beethoven, true genious! but I think all the famous (and perhaps less-famous) composers are great biggrin
my dream is to become a conducter :3

Hello, All! My name is Liz!
I'm 20 years old (but I turn 21 in December!) and I am a Vocal Performance Major, specializing in Opera. I'm a Soprano. I have been singing for as long as I can remember. I'm quite an odd person because I sing whenever the urge compels me (even if I am in public lol). I have currently have a 4 octave range (my highest note is F6) and am still working on getting it to be a little more expansive. I live in Chicago. I have always LOVED classical music since I was small. I'm currently attending college and life couldn't be better! My voice is really the only instrument that I have become well acquainted with. Although I have dabbled in violin, piano, and guitar.
Um, my favorite eras are pretty much all off them ( I know that that is such a cop out, but I honestly do love all of them from the Middle ages to now. I have such a passion for all eras.), As far as composing though, I tend to favor the Baroque, Classical, and Romantic eras - based on my mood.
My dream right now is to become an Opera Singer at the Lyric Opera House in Chicago. Once I accomplish that dream, then to New York, I go! :3

I'm 16 years old and I'm a tenor with a 3 octave range. I only study music for my own pleasure but I play the guitar, french horn and I'm currently studying the piano. My favourite composers are Bach, Mozart, Beethoven and Chopin.

Sooo... I am girl who's passion is solely on music. I accept many genres of music, but prefer classical above all. I am currently playing piano at grade 8 level of the Royal Conservatory and is also performing in a band. I can play the guitar, piano, harmonica, and flute. smile ...

so...where to start...i played clarinet in the school band from 4th-8th grade...when i got to HS i joined the colorguard (goes with the marching band) umm...i'm not sure if you guys count good concert band music as classical music, but i like that too, along with most types of music (and duh i love classical music...old and new)
oh and i'm pretty sure i can't sing for crap xd

Hey everyone!
My name is Karina, but you can call me whatever you want.. anime, freak, kar, whatever. I dont care.. My life is all based around music, and I am planning on getting my bach. degree in music performance at Julliard, (or another top school in the US, probably Miami) on either the cello or flute after highschool. I am in the concert band at school and I play flute. I have played it for 6 years and am actually the best in my school. Cello is for outside-school purposes, and I have played that for.... 3 years. I also sing a little bit, and I am hoping to start a band soon 3nodding

i have been playing for several years and take private lessons. i am also the concertmaster of my school orchestra. and i play clarinet in marching band so i am an orch dork and a band geek haha

Hi I'm Jazlyn! I'm 15 (in grade 10) and I started playing piano at the age of 3 and I'm currently working towards doing my ARCT. I sing opera - I've been trained classically from the start; I don't even listen to pop! Also, I have neaaaarly a 5 octave range (it's freakish) and it goes up to F7 on another note, I've also been dancing ballet since the age of 3. I have a YouTube channel with all my ballet videos and I hope to put up some singing and piano videos as soon as I have time smile
My favourite composer (for piano) is Chopin!!! I LOVE everything he's written! My favourite pieces are his Fantasie Impromptu Op. 66 (even if it's over-played), and of course his Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2!
For opera, anything coloratura I love to sing smile my favourite role is the Queen of the Night!
Oh! And Tchaikovsky's Swan lake grande pas de deux (black swan) really pulls at my heartstrings <3
