Xavier - There is not a Kage of Hidden Snake right now...
Bone - I have finially set up the setting in our battle to come
If I am not mistake the only way that you can claim yourself to be Kage of a village is if you are Journin Level or higher and a member of that village.

Those are Not rules they have never been established and Um Hey an example of the Jounin level thing is Nyu I dont think he was in the Jounin exams unless Im having bad memory

Red Xavier could i be kage because i am a member of the village..... No Your no where near as powerful to contain the village like ah Your skill points and rp skills

His character's name was Yuri. The post from Drago is located on the 3rd page of the announcement thread. It is the second from the bottum.

I know that Damian make Chuunin and Jounin in exams before becoming a Sannin this last time. I just know that I was told that in order to Kage that you have to be the strongest in your village and be at least a Jounin. I was told this by Drago and Quix when I was asking how to become a Kage.

I made a 20 in one post in Hidden Heaven. I'm happy now. mrgreen It's kind of cool too in a way. I had the minions of hell attack and get almost killed by the Heaven's arrow technique until a cyclops came out and I used a killer team work between Bone and Jason to take it down. mrgreen
