Kiara gazed around, feeling the extreme heat. She didn't much care for the ash in the air, but the heat was wonderful. She sighed softly in contentment and began to look around, examining the volcano's surrounding area.

Sammy shook furiously as her eyes watered. The ash in the air had gotten in her eyes, causing them to turn red and watery. "That's one thing I don't like about the volcano." She sniffled, working hard to try and keep her eyes toward the skies. Darn her sensitive eyes.

Jack wrapped a scarf around his mouth to shield his lungs from ash. He closed his eyes and let Aurn guide him.

Suddenly, they found themselves surrounded by Pokémon. Maddy sighed. "I guess we're not welcome. We're going to have to fight our way out! Fight one or two Pokémon each, and stick to ones that are allowed at your rank. Catch one if neccesscary. They appear to be Fire and Dragon-types." Maddy took a Pokéball out of her pocket, prepared for battle.

Sammy nodded, ready to do some battling. She ran off into the mass of pokemon and soon was not in sight.

"Endo, just pick a random Fire or Dragon-type and fight it." Maddy ran off, searching for a good opponent. She came upon an angry-looking Ponyta, it was pounding its hooves against the ground and wildly tossing its fiery mane. Maddy tossed the Pokéball in her hand, and it burst open to reveal Jocasta, Maddy's majestic Charmeleon. Jocasta rushed forward and slashed Ponyta, claws gleaming. Ponyta neighed with pain, and suddenly reared up on both legs and pounded Jocasta in the chest. Two hoof prints were imprinted on Jocasta's chest, but she didn't seem to mind as her claws glowed with dark energy, and she slashed Ponyta again. Ponyta was weakened greatly as the attack was a critical hit. It suddenly leapt up into the air. Panicking, Jocasta dug underground, avoiding damage as Ponyta smashed into the hard volcanic earth with much force. Jocasta suddenly leapt out of the ground, slamming into Ponyta, KO'ing. Maddy returned Jocasta and went off to find another Pokémon to fight.

Tododile runs at and angry looking bagon. "Aqua Tail!" the attack hits the bagon square in the face knocking it down. "Follow it up with a bite attack!" Endo says. Tododile Bites Bagon's head but the attack seems to have no effect. The bagon then proceeds to slam tododile into the ground, makeing the ground crack. Tododile retalliates with a water-gun shooting the poor creature into the sky, the bagon lands with a thud. I throw a pokeball at the unconsius pokemon, catching it. "Whoot!"
