so i'm drinking this homemade pineapple wine. it's ALMOST wine, anyway. we just had some fruit lying around so decided to use it. i'll use yeast next time.
on the next episode: moonshine.

it's pretty damn good. it's like... it has the bitterness of red wine. almost. the next batch will be more, and it will be better.

i did. not enough apparently, but it's alright. first tries and all. i don't know how potent this is... if it's even got enough to give me a buzz but i got a little tired. i'll drink more and see if i pass out.

There any sour kick to it? Never heard of citrus being used before. Curdled, maybe, but not fermented.

it was like... bitter. bitter like wine should be, but you could tell it's not done. a bit sour too, perhaps because i didn't add enough sugar, which probably would have helped the fermenting process.
