They re-entered the Atmosphere and landed gracefully on the runway outside of Mossdeep Space Center. It was still a beautiful day outside. Paul was outside as he greeted them "Welcome back to Earth Aqua." he smiled as he outstretched a hand to Ginji who took it firmly and pulled himself out of the shuttle.

"That was a wild ride." Ginji sighed as he stepped out onto solid ground. His TADS rang. "They're back online. And I have to go. I'll be back later to post rewards." he sighed as he disappeared.

Kiara quickly got out of the shuttle, looked around, and sighed. She began to walk leisurely away from the shuttle, hoping to get past unnoticed, but that proved to be futile. One of the people surveying the landing stared at her for a moment, then made a motion as if to go speak with her. As quick as she could, Kiara released Sylar, hopped on, and took off into the sky. She didn't need to stay any longer on Mossdeep than neccessary.

Maddy smirked. "Bring it on!" She tossed a Pokéball out into the fray, and the contraption opened up to reveal a bright flash of light and Maddy's powerful Gabite, Draco. Draco roared, his glorious scales shining like magnificent blue gems. Maddy's opponent released a ferocious-looking Mightyena, the great wolf growly deeply at it's scaley opponent. Draco rushed forward, and mouth open wide, it sunk its sharp dagger-like teeth into Mightyena's shoulder. Mightyena yelped with pain as Draco flung it into the wall, but it jumped to is feet, unscathed, and countered with a Crunch of its own, red droplets of blood mingling with the bright blue of Draco's scales as Mightyena's sharp fangs were plunged into Draco's side. Draco shook its opponent off, and fire reigned from his mouth and engulfed the wolf. Mightyena's yelps of pain as the fire licked its body were heard over the roaring of the flames, but soon enough a beam of white energy breached the wall of fire and blasted Draco in the chest. The flames ceased, and Draco, enraged now, called upon its dragon ancestry and slashed Mightyena with its claws, which glowed with the true ferocity of dragon power.

Mightyena was recalled, and replaced with a Sneasel. The healthy Pokémon cackled as it summoned up a cold wind. A combination of hail and snow buffetted Draco, its scales glistening with a fresh layer of frost. The great beast of a dragon collapsed, and Maddy returned him, nothing less of proud. In his place, she called upon Charmeleon, who heated up the room with a powerful Flamethrower. Sneasel was covered with burn marks, but battled as if unphased, releasing a furious Ice Beam. The beam of frost buffeted Charmeleon with a cold as sharp as daggers, and the poor fire Pokémon growled with pain. Suddenly, Charmeleon leapt forward, and put an end to Sneasel with a power-packed Brick Break.

Maddy recalled Charmeleon, and smirked at her opponent. "You're pathetic, you know that? Whoever you work for obviously hasn't trained you well."

Lucario faced his trainer's mortal enemy alone. Lucario had sent Mantine to safety. Lloyd Rodney Ames was a killer. He didn't battle with pokemon, but with bare hands. Lucario had felt his might before and was shamefully defeated.

Ames stood there in his normal pose: one hand in his pocket, the other just by his side. He wore his sunglasses as usual, and a toothpick stuck out of his mouth.
"Why, you're the boy's Lucario." Ames said making the connection. He never forgets a face.
"Hmph!" grunted Lucario, getting into a fighting pose. Ames turned to his protege who had just lost to Maddy.
"I'll meet you out back." he said. The Team Shadow Spy ran off.

With that, Lucario held out his arms and formed together an Aura Sphere. He was going to use his long-distance attacks as an edge of the competition, but it backfired. Before he could get it charged fully, he was a sitting duck. Ames was swift as he delivered another drop kick, this time to Lucario. The Aura Sphere was fired at the wall, which exploded. Ames covered his face from the blast.
From out of the blast came a barrage of smaller Aura Sphere, hitting Ames one after another. With each blow, Ames was painfully sent back a step. After about 20 hits, he was ambushed by Lucario who had jumped out of the cloud with a devastating Force Palm. The punch sent Ames flying through dry wall and into a copy machine. Lucario jumped through the hole after him.
Ames whipped the blood from his mouth and looked at Lucario through broken sunglasses. It was the first time anyone had ever seen his eyes. They were the color grey, and they shot at Lucario with a piercing cold. Ames held out a hand and created a vortex, which he rolled over into. He suddenly appeared behind Lucario, through the hole, in the hallway.

"Impossible!" remarked Lucario. "Team Galactic's been defeated! You shouldn't have that power!"
"Hm. Perhaps we picked up this technique from somewhere else? Perhaps...Galactic wasn't so original with their techniques after all? Stupid Pokemon. You know nothing." said Ames chillingly. With that, he created a new vortex and disappeared.

Lucario was suddenly surrounded by a bunch of scared space center workers, and he felt uncomfortable. He swiftly exited the space center and met outside with Mantine. Off in the distance, they could see a speed boat with two figures that were most presumably Ames and the Spy.


That spy made off with something. Lucario was sure of that. He and Mantine left Mossdeep and made their way back to the HQ.

"Boring? Dude, you just got back from space. What the hell?" Cody exclaimed. Ungrateful little... Cody thought to himself, but was interrupted by a second thought. He needed to check up on Maddy and Ike's pokemon. He started to run until finally reaching the entrance to the Space Station. "Where did everyone go?"

Cody turned around to see the new kid again. "You just don't go away," he joked. "Ok, let's go. I will let up on you if you agree to have a battle with me. You don't get evo points for this battle though since we don't have a ref. I will go somewhat easy on you, but I'm not gonna give away a victory. You can use all of your pokemon so it will be a 3 on 3 right?"

"No, I think you would stand a chance. Hell, you may even beat me. I will use my newest pokemon as well if you want. It doesn't matter. One thing about Aqua is that you csn never back down from something or someone bigger than you," Cody said and sent out Teddiursa.

"RIGHT!" Cried out Kai, sudennly gaining his composure. "Never give! Never back down!" he said pulling out a pokeball. "Go! Carvanha!" the water dark pokemon came out of it's ball ready to battle.
