"Eh, it could have been worse." Hoshi would say, not really caring that she had been left places as a kid. It helped her grow to be stronger in a way. "Thank you for the offer of the help. I'm sure it will come in handy. I think I would be a rather sad Hatake if I didn't have raiton as an element." She would laugh as she said that. In truth she would be a pretty sad Hatake if she didn't have raiton as an element. "Well, I should get to my training and let you get to yours. Would you happen to know where the dojo is? I think that would be the best place for me to start bukijutsu."

Theodin laughed a bit, “Yeah, I guess you’re right, the dojo’s over near the shopping superdome, not too far from here, it’s a big domed building with trees around it, shouldn’t be too hard to find.” He then gave his aunt a small smile, then ended with “Good luck with your bukijutsu training.” Then sat down to look through his scroll some more.

"I remember when I became a Sennin, the man who trained me summoned a canine to speak with me." The Hatake man whispered to himself as his eyes scanned those before himself.
His hands splayed out among the ground and he felt the pull of natural chakra beginning to well up within himself, drawing it directly in from the world around himself. His eyes closed and he began to focus particularly on the feeling of the summoning of the beast that his teacher had summoned so long before. [1/3]
His mind focused on the image of the beast itself, a small squat dog. He believed its name to be Pakkun and made it one more point of focus. Though too did he think of the tiger he often saw in his dreams and the beast within his own mind, stirring every time he entered this hallowed chakra form. His Sennin chakra continued to build and he drew his mind and the connection to the natural world into one. The halo of colours began to form around his eyes, the heterochromia of red-green formed in his iris' and the silver-blue lines of chakra began to form as he attempted to call out to the creature. But still nothing came. [2/3]
Then finally the last requirement came to him, the sacrifice of blood. The Sennin raised a hand to his face and with a jagged canine tooth he bit into his thumb, drawing fresh blood to the surface which he would then smear into the ground. As he smeared the bodily extract across the ground he willed the creature to appear before himself once more, but instead found something entirely different to occur. Instead of himself summoning the creature, he would be summoned to their island. Though not the island of the canine as he had originally hoped. Still looking through the maruton scroll, Theo was having a hard time deciding what to learn, then he remembered hearing that the UHV were using tailed beasts to fight, and figured he should learn a couple jutsu to deal with those. Looking through a fuuin scroll, Theodin found one jutsu that could hold a Bijuu still for a while, so decided it was a start, but first he needed something big to test it on, so he bit his thumb and performed the handsigns for the bears, slamming his palm into the ground, Kuminji appeared in a big cloud of smoke. “Hey there, Theodin, what you need, son?” Theo gave the big panda a smile, “Sorry to bother you, Papa Bear, but I needed someone big to test a bijuu sealing jutsu on, I hope you don’t mind…” Kuminji scratched his cheek, then answered “Sure, go ahead.” Theo thanked the panda king and looked over the handseals before copying them dead-on. When he slapped his hands to the ground, chains of chakra rose up with the fuuin inscribed on them. These chains wrapped themselves around Kuminji, sending him home in a poof of smoke as they tightened around the big panda.

A blast of air and lightning and from within arrived the Hatake, Masahiro from a Kuchiyose, a small white cat perched atop his shoulder. As he returned he looked around the academy and with weary eyes took note of those who were still currently here. The cat upon his shoulder awoke with a start and spread itself loose, jumping down off of the shoulder of the jounin and making its way towards the walls and out of the academy. Masahiro only watched it for a moment more before he settled himself into his studies. He returned himself to the seal he had carved into the wall, the elemental wheel, and sat beneath it, removing a scroll from his flak vest and inspecting it. Beginning comprehension of the techniques within. [ 1/5 ]
Following the lines of instruction he reviewed the lines of chakra manipulation, the required seals, and the method of utilization. He then began to silently knead the chakra within himself, scanning the document ever closer. His eyes pored over the document, taking in each bit of information, his hands unfurling it further in his quest to better grasp the fuuinjutsu. A thin, wry smile came to his lips as he thought of potential uses for the fuuin contained within. [ 2/5 ]
Sitting off to the side in his own coalescing chakra the Hatake seemed happier than ever, and now his hands rose. He began making the chakra seals. His hands flashed several seals quickly and he planted them down on the scroll. The reaction was not what he expected. The lines of chakra he expected to spring forth were small, and rebounded back to his hand and dissipated quickly. He gave this a momentary thought and returned to building up chakra. [ 3/5 ]
The turbulent bounce of chakra resounding through the jounin was easily mitigated as he began to work on the jutsu once more. His hands flashed through the seals a second time, but he waited to finish the seals and continued the silent buildup of energies, then it hit him, the tipping point. As the energies crashed through him he felt confident in the ability, the strength, and the knowledge, all combined into one now. [ 4/5 ]
Thrusting his hands down onto the scroll Masahiro watched as the sudden spring of seals shot forth, encircling the paper and looking for the target from which to drain chakra. There was none for this, but instead he felt the pull as he attempted to drain his own. He felt pride in his completed work and began to formulate turns in his mind of how he could further the use of this new Fuuinjutsu. He covered his face and wrapped part of his scarf around his mouth and nose. Then he heard it. He looked toward the sound at the gates and there was a giant bug. "Kid...Going to have to give you a raincheck. There is a large threat at the gates! Make sure Ayame is alerted!" He said and bolted off towards the threat, hand on the hilt of his sabre.

Ayame and Daichi walked into the academy with purpose. Her katana was sheathed at her back and she was on a war path. She stood not very far from the group of shinobi then spoke. "All of you to the gates! Now!" Ayame said before turning and heading to the dojo.

Finishing his earlier training Masahiro turned and entered the academy, what he sought to learn next would take utter focus and he did not want just anyone to see what skills he was now applying to himself. But with the state of the world he felt it would be for the betterment of others, as well as himself. It had been part of his reason for travelling to Suna so long ago to begin with. Bypassing a few rooms he climbed higher in the building and retrieved the two scrolls in question and opened one of the pair to begin study as he made his way to a locked classroom. [ 1/10 ]
As he entered the room he rolled the large scroll out across the floor of the room and began pacing along the length of the formulae within to read them better. It was a Fuuinjutsu, a long studied but poorly implemented favorite of the jounin. He knew much of the theory but only held a few currently in his arsenal. He was intent on this, it held secrets that could have helped Konoha when he helped fight for it. Kneeling down he traced his fingers across one particular line of the fuuin and sighed. This would be consuming, the intricate work would take a fair lot of chakra. [ 2/10 ]
The Jounin took a moment of semblance and began to fold the rear portion of the scroll while reading further in. His eyes scanning and featuring over every detail. He smiled his wicked smile and began to focus on smaller, intrinsic portions of this jutsu. It required a second part. [ 3/10 ]
To think that people had contrived before to capture beasts of this magnitude, to seal them for their own purposes beyond just safety. This very seal was designed in a two key mechanism to allow the host to manifest and shape the powers of those locked within them. Interesting Thought a voice in the Hatake's head as he read through the interior text of the jutsu scroll. It was a jutsu he could use against the marauding beasts as well as to empower himself with other beings perhaps. [ 4/10 ]
As the scroll unraveled the Hatake took it all in with relish and continued to take his time and patience through the scroll. The effort was solid, long, and taken in concert between all aspects of his mind. He traced the center of the scroll and finally reaching the center of the scroll came upon a diagram. He studied it for a few moments, but the formulae went on past it, regarding to return to it at the end, and so he did. [ 5/10 ]
The formulae that composed this fuuin grew progressively more intense and drew the Hatake further into them. His eyes scanned and dealt his sanity a slight blow as he wanted to dig even deeper in. This was what he lived for, preservation and utilization of knowledge that most would never want to know. He smiled to himself and a small tingle of electricity ran up his spine. [ 6/10 ]
The jounin was enthralled entirely in this posterwork of fuuinjutsu, he continued to study it and work his way through the elaborate posterwork. His hands carried throughout the vellum, inspecting it all, every detail, every piece of original writing, every undercurrent in the original penmanship. His eyes delved deep and his mind deeper, his duality driving him to learn more and more. [ 7/10 ]
Rolling the last part of the roll out he inspected the final section of the scroll, eyeing the final details before making his way around the circumference. Reading the instructions that lay around the outer rim about the institution of the inner seals. The attention to detail was very specific and outlaid everything from the positioning of various aspects of the seals to what the interpiece articles meant. [ 8/10 ]
He followed the tapestry around, which revealed even further information, then began to follow through to the core. As he made his way to the centre he looked at the design set within it. He began to memorize it, ran his hands along every piece of the seal, but it seemed incomplete, and according to what he read it was. Such was why he had grabbed the second jutsu on his way here. [ 9/10 ]
Removing an empty scroll from his inner pocket the jounin set it near the central design on the much larger scroll. He would then remove a brush and inkstone and set to copying the seal from the scroll onto his own. Each stroke seemed to empower the jounin, and each thought made him shudder with all the potential uses for this new found power. But still, there was much more to learn. Rolling the first scroll back up into itself the jounin looked at the bound scroll and smiled, then dragging the other one down. With a rough hand he through it down and kicked it open so that it rolled open across the room. Immediately he began to follow the tapestry it opened out into and began his studies once more. Cold, methodic, silvered green eyes scanned over the page, taking in each detail. He wanted to learn every last detail. He needed to know every last thing here involved. The first scroll was a relaying mechanism and allowed the being to be set aside in a separated section of the subject's soul. This was the final seal. [ 2/10 ]
Reviewing over the scroll the jounin went to the far end and further unrolled it, beginning to further review it. The method of applying this seal was rather simple, thankfully, yet just slightly less complex than the last. His hands and eyes scanned over every finite detail and carried him quickly to the next section. [ 3/10 ]
Moving across the sheet once more he unraveled it further and tossed it open to reveal the centre. He glazed over the seal at the centre to continue on the furthered formulae that he may come to understand just what the centre seal meant and stood for. He smiled and continued his comparison of the two seals, looking to understand just everything contained within the work involved in this great seal. [ 4/10 ]
Masahiro was utterly enraptured by the research and didn't notice the events at the gate beginning from where he was, he did not see the insect as it took flight above the guards. Instead he took to his books and carried on reading and researching various methods that acted in turn with this particular sealing method. He took a small break and stretched out his legs. [ 5/10 ]
When he returned to the scroll he heard the voice of others below, they were still training below as he was working on this. His attention was utterly undivided still as he attempted to finalize the secret of the scroll. His mind wanted nothing more than answers and a way to increase his own power, a way to further the village of Sunagakure. A way to further his pact with the great beasts. [ 6/10 ]
The sage thought to the cats for a few minutes as he carried on to the back end of the second scroll, his eyes as affixed as his mind at the current. Then he heard the voices, something was at the gate, but he had not yet received an order. Thusly Masahiro did as his mind compelled him and he continued to study into the seal. [ 7/10 ]
He followed compulsion and desire, as far as he could without being reckless. When he got closer to the results he wanted he began to do as he did on the last scroll. He began to walk around the edges of this scroll and read it's final secrets as well. [ 8/10 ]
As he studied the final information of the seal he was pensive and slow, being sure to take in every detail it laid about the central seal. The seal was relegated to keeping the creature bound into the central region and further more into the host itself. Both parts were there to secure and bind the other, while allowing the host to draw energy from the creature trapped inside. [ 9/10 ]
Masahiro then stood and moved to the centre of the scroll and withdrew the scroll he copied the first seal onto, taking it out further he then scribed this one down into it, allowing them both to be set into place within sight of one another. He was careful and meticulous, matching each line, drawing each word and symbol out. He sighed when he was complete. His work was done, and now he would have to find some way to utilize this.
