Well another thing in Sealed you would only be allowed 1 or 2, as generally a sealed Zanpaku-to is supposed to be just that.
But would have access to all while in Shikai/Bankai.

Well originally these werent Zanpakutoh abilities but my RPC's personal abilites that he used in lieu of Kidou, which he was unable to preform without almost destroying himself and others...

Kidou is all about focusing Reiatsu.
If he can't focus Reiatsu for Kidou, how can he focus them for those attacks though?
Or focus reiatsu into various parts of his body?

No one knows, but if Zaine attempts even a sheilding kidou (Eg Ensoken) he goes boom
