DustyMemory Course not. However, I don't plan on just walking a wood structure around. The Dojo building will be seeing some severe changes in the near future once it has been fully occupied.
Feel free to replace it with a new one later if you'd like. Actually you'll be the one to have to make a dojo. As you've said yourself, that dojo is the essence of the BC and it should not be unduly, drastically changed. I think the majority of the guild will vouch that it stay.

The characters IC are welcome to oppose me at any time. Until then, they're just letting it go on.
And you're twisting the intent of my words. The Dojo, and the surrounding area, is the heart and essence of the BC. Things 9 made, things that she is and always will be part of. It's a comment that regards the soul of the guild as opposed to your management of it. Some things are the core of the guild, others the core of the RP...
That changes nothing. 9 being the soul of this place doesn't change that you lead, and the fact that some random posters live at the Dojo doesn't change what I plant o do with it. If they want to oppose me IC do it IC, if they have an OOc concern then they can quote to me what I've done to break the rules. I'll be submitting a villain application shortly.
