but if you're looking for some calisthenic exercises..
Do...
Pushups
8 counts
situps
jumping jacks
running
and when you're done with that.. do some more.
eat 3 times a day... either that or consume at least 2500+ calories a day. Try to make a lot of it foods with high protein.
If you're trying to bodybuild and look pretty. Well I can't help you there.
I only do strength training so I can amaze all those clowns who think that big muscles mean super strength.
