Slactivist: Slacktivism can be defined as the act of showing support for a cause but only truly being beneficial to the egos of people participating in this so-called activism. The acts tend to require minimal personal effort from the slacktivist. In other words, 9gag.com will brainwash you and make you laugh at stupid stuff so that both your EQ and IQ will drop while eating away your time. It is, however, a training ground for trolls and slacktivist where they can master the art of infuriating the more gullible and inexperienced and pat themselves on the back for liking a post as a mean to support a cause.
