Again, Tokeru didn't see Edith, but he did feel the fist, he hadn't even bothered to stop it this time, so his head snapped sideways, almost at a 90 degree angle, and made a very ominous crack, but he returned it to it's rightful position, and continued to wait.
"Oh little bear, come now honey bee. See what present i have for thee."

Rowaneath got to her feet knowing that Tokeru was still insane and that Zarathos was still out cold, for all anyone could see she was an innocent sixteen year old. But still she walked outside fists clenched tightly, as soon as she was out the door she used her spare sword to put in the two handles temporarly locking it from the outside so zarathos or Jeff or anyone inside couldn't reach her. "Tokeru" she started she was standing there with palms facing upwards to show she had no weapon in her hand "I'm not here to fight you and I never was... it's in your head... if you don't believe me by all means attack me... cause the man Edith thinks she loves has disappeared... and that's most likely more painfully to her then you beating her to a bloody pulp". Rowaneath stood there looking at Tokeru.

She cringed at the sight of Tokeru's head snapping sideways and cracking so loud, she really had a hard time believing she'd been able to do that to him and she wasn't at all squeemish so that said something in itself. Never would she ever want to put herself in the postition where she had to harm Tokeru and here she was, taking a shot at him and cracking his friggin' head. Maybe she was weak, maybe she wasn't able to do this, but was that so terrible? She loved him, she wanted her real Tokeru back, not this monster set on killing and harming everything that was in his way. He couldn't even see her and she had no idea how to make him stop, how to make him see her and just stop this nonsense before he got himself killed.
Edith attempted at reading into Tokeru's thoughts for maybe a small clue into how she could stop him and make him see reason again. She could sense fear and longing at first and then the reasons for it slowly began manifesting. Tokeru, for the past six months had been captured and tortured numerous times. There were also obscure experiments these people or things, she couldn't tell and she didn't want to call them human if they were able to do that to him. He'd not been able to escape, he'd sat there and endured, only thinking about her and how he'd escape and find her. The only thing he'd really thought about was that she'd possibly been captured and had possibly been going through what he was. Now he was here, trying to find her, so set on finding her that he was blind to her presence at this moment.
"Tokeru," Edith tried to talk to him, scared to touch him after what she'd done to him but embracing him slowly, hesitantly nonetheless, "I'm right here. Wake up, Angel. I'm right here, no one's trying to hurt me, I'm safe." Yeah, maybe she had a split forehead that was starting to kind of bleed profusely, but she didn't care right now, she just wanted her Tokeru back. She hoped that hugging him would maybe bring him back, yeah, it was so movie style but it was something she hadn't tried yet. "Wake up, wake up, wake up, damnit. I'm here, how am I supposed to make you see that when you look right at me and don't see me or when I'm talking to you and you don't hear me? What do I have to do? I'm running out of ideas." She held him tightly, tighly enough that she actually would keep him from going inside the building if she wanted.

Tokeru felt something close around him, and was about to struggle, then roweneath spoke.
"My fiance where did she go? M'lady has gone, and you will find her for me, find her or die, the choices are yours, for the time being."
He didn't move for now, but he was ready to, at any moment.

Edith hated what she was about to do but she didn't see that there was much choice in the matter. She quickly brought out a few chains she had on her for various reasons and slipped them around his hands. Now, they'd normally be pretty easy to break, but thing was, they had a special seal on them that made them impossible to break unless the lock was destroyed. The jist of it was, the lock wasn't actually on the chain and it was with Edith so until someone got the lock and opened it, Tokeru's hands would be bound unless he struggled and made it more difficult for her. She hoped he wouldn't, she didn't want him hurt because he was being an a*****e and yet he was being perfectly rational at the same time.
"Tokeru! I'm right here!" She was crying now, openly, in frustration. Yeah, she was really frustrated, but she was also getting really pissed off. She couldn't believe that he couldn't see her, he was so blind to everything else just because he was obsessing over her and he couldn't see her because he was looking too hard. "Tokeru, you're looking too hard. Edith's fine, she's been in tons of scraps before and she's a vampire now. She not going to get herself killed that easily. But you're looking too hard for Edith, if you just calm down and actually look you'll be able to see her and hear her talking to you and waiting for you to come back to her. You just have to stop trying so hard. You know where she is on your own, you just have to look properly."
Yeah, she was maybe trying to chain him up and she knew he couldn't hear her, but she was trying anyway. Rowaneath could probably just tell Tokeru the truth, that she was right in front of him and he wouldn't believe her so she was preparing for that. She had his wrists together and whatnot and now all she needed to do was wrap the chain around him and lock it. As soon as it was, it would be indestructable unless Tokeru somehow got her lock off her, which she highly doubted he would even be able to think of in the state he was in. Tokeru, at current was past gone and she was really not inclined to help him, but she didn't want other people to get hurt and she knew that he'd been through a lot. She wished it had been her in his state, but it wasn't and she was the one with sanity trying to make Tokeru see just a hint of it.

Tokeru smiled, and with a flick of his wrist, slipped his hands out of the chain.
"Bring me to her your fate decides on the fate of my love."
He would finally be able to see her, the vampiress knew where his fiance was.

Seeing that Tokeru now had his attention upon her and had easily slipped out of her chains as she hadn't gotten to lock them quickly enough, she decided that she'd might as well play along with him. Obviously he was being too unreasonable to see that she was herself, that she was Edith and that she was trying to help him. As for her fate, she didn't know what would happen to her since he wasn't able to recognize her and if she was the one leading him to haven only for him to find that she wasn't there, he'd probably throw a fit and rough her up. However, she planned to get him to the infirmary where Gail could hopefully inject him with something so that he was out for a little bit. He wasn't doing himself any favors by trying to kill innocent people and vampires to find that which was in front of him.
"Heh heh," she decided to play along, sounding a lot more sinister now, "you love blindly, you love blindly. Sure, I'll bring you to her, she's safe with all the other hunters so you've no reason to worry about her. Better keep up, or I'll leave you behind, Tokeru." Yeah, she was trying to make her role sound a little more convincing, she wasn't even going to bother mentioning to him that she was there, he obviously wasn't listening and couldn't see that with his own eyes and ears. She hastily took off, hoping that Tokeru would follow her out of desperation and get there fast since he'd be following her in order to find ... her. When they got to haven, hopefully Gail would be able to have something ready for her, she was going to message her, after all.

Zarathos tried to help"What happened."He said still limping as died blood cllinged to his jeans and a small bit of bone could be seen.Careing more for his friends he contiued to try to help.
